حققت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية خلال عام 2024 تقدمًا ملموسًا في دعم سوق العمل وتعزيز مشاركة الكفاءات الوطنية، ضمن جهودها الرامية إلى تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية رأس المال البشري وتطوير بيئة العمل.
وانخفض معدل البطالة بين السعوديين إلى (7%)، محققًا بذلك إنجازًا مبكرًا مقارنة بالمستهدف المرحلي للرؤية، فيما شهدت مشاركة المرأة السعودية في سوق العمل ارتفاعًا إلى (36%)، وبلغت نسبة تمثيل النساء في المناصب الإدارية المتوسطة والعليا (43.
وسجّل عدد السعوديين العاملين في القطاع الخاص نموًا ملحوظًا، مرتفعًا من (1.7) مليون في عام 2020 إلى (2.4) مليون في عام 2024، وأسهمت برامج منظومة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في توظيف أكثر من (437) ألف مواطن ومواطنة خلال عام 2024 في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، بما يعكس قوة مخرجات منظومة التدريب والتأهيل، وأصدرت الوزارة بالتعاون مع الجهات الإشرافية العديد من القرارات الداعمة لتوطين القطاعات الإستراتيجية المختلفة.
وفي جانب تطوير القدرات الوطنية، وفرت الوزارة أكثر من (1.3) مليون فرصة تدريبية عبر الحملة الوطنية “وعد”، التي تستهدف تأهيل الكفاءات الوطنية للمهارات المستقبلية، وبلغ إجمالي الإنفاق على برامج التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد أكثر من (7.5) مليارات ريال خلال العام؛ دعمًا لتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز مشاركتها الاقتصادية.
وعلى صعيد تحسين بيئة العمل، سجلت الوزارة أكثر من (9) ملايين عقد عمل موثق رقميًا، مع تجاوز نسبة التوثيق (80%) من إجمالي العقود، وأسهمت هذه الجهود في خفض النزاعات العمالية بنسبة (30%) منذ بدء تطبيق التوثيق الإلكتروني، بما يعزز استقرار بيئة العمل، ويرفع مستويات الامتثال والشفافية في سوق العمل.
يُذكر أن وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية مستمرة في تنفيذ البرامج والمبادرات الهادفة إلى تنمية رأس المال البشري الوطني وتحفيز بيئة العمل، بما يواكب تطلعات ومستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ويعزز مساهمة الكفاءات الوطنية في بناء اقتصاد أكثر تنوعًا واستدامة.

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية إطلاق خدمة "أجير الحج" لموسم حج هذا العام 1446 هـ، التي تمكّن أصحاب المنشآت من الاستفادة من القوى العاملة بعقود موسمية خلال فترة الحج، من خلال جمع الباحثين عن العمل وأصحاب الشواغر في "باب أجير". وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن خطة الوزارة للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن وتعزيز تجربتهم خلال الموسم المبارك، كما تلزم الوزارة المنشآت بإصدار تصريح الحج للأفراد العاملين موسمًيا، مع التأكيد أن المخالفين سيتعرضون للعقوبات المنصوص عليها وفق النظام. ودعت الوزارة الراغبين في العمل بالمشاعر المقدسة خلال موسم الحج من السعوديين والمقيمين إلى رفع سيرهم الذاتية عبر مساحة واحدة، وذلك في إطار الجهود المبذولة لتنظيم العمل، وتسهيل الإجراءات للمنشآت والعاملين خلال موسم الحج، حيث تُتاح الخدمة إلكترونًيا بشكل مبسط للمنشآت والأفراد عبر الموقع الإلكتروني: https://bab-ajeer.qiwa.sa/. يُذكر أن "أجير الحج" يوفر للمنشآت إمكانية إصدار تصاريح العمل وتوظيف السعوديين والمقيمين بشكل مؤقت، ويسمح لها بعرض الشواغر الوظيفية خلال موسم الحج عبر المنصة، كما يتيح للباحثين عن العمل استعراض هذه الفرص والتقديم عليها.
