رئيس جامعة أسيوط: مستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية تستقبل 41268 حالة مرضية خلال 2024

استعرض الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس جامعة أسيوط اليوم الثلاثاء تقريرًا مقدمًا من الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية؛ عن أنشطة، وإنجازات مستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية والكلى، خلال عام 2024؛ وذلك في إطار المتابعة المستمرة، والتأكيد على تقديم الخدمات العلاجية للمرضى، والعناية بمرضى حالات الطوارئ، تحت إشراف الدكتور ضياء عبدالحميد مدير المستشفى
واستعرض التقرير؛ الحالات التي تم استقبالها بمستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية والكلى؛ حيث تم استقبال (41268) حالة بمختلف العيادات، وتم فحصها، ومناظرتها، وتقديم الخدمات الطبية، والفحوصات المختلفة ذات التخصصات الطبية المتعددة.
وأفاد التقرير؛ أن مستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية والكلى؛ استقبل (5422) حالة من مختلف المحافظات؛ حيث تم استقبال(3779) حالة من محافظة أسيوط، و(386) حالة من سوهاج، و(648) حالة من المنيا، و(190) حالة من قنا، و(132) حالة من الوادي الجديد، و(114) حالة من أسوان، و(58) حالة من الأقصر، بالإضافة إلى استقبال(115) حالة من المحافظات الأخرى، إلى جانب استقبال (18) حالة من مختلف الدول العربية.
ورصد التقرير؛ تسجيل مستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية والكلى؛ خلال عام 2024؛ (5464) حالة دخول، وإجراء (3876) عملية جراحية، و(559) حالة تفتيت حصوات، بالإضافة إلى إجراء ديناميكية التبول ل(835) حالة.
واستكمالًا للإنجازات الطبية التي حققها مستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية والكلى خلال عام 2024 في مجال عمليات زرع الكلى؛ أعلنت وحدة زرع الكلى بالمستشفى عن نجاحها في الوصول إلى (80) حالة زرع كلى ناجحة بنهاية عام 2024، وذلك بأيدي فريق طبي متكامل من أبناء المستشفى المتميزين، وبالتعاون مع عدد من الأقسام الطبية الأخرى.
وفي إطار الدور التعليمي الرائد لمستشفى جراحة المسالك البولية والكلى وحرصه على نقل خبرات أساتذته لمختلف الوافدين من الدول؛ شهد عام 2024 استقبال المستشفى عدد من الوافدين من ألمانيا؛ وتم تدريبهم على أحدث التقنيات الجراحية في مجال جراحة المسالك.
ونظّم المستشفى؛ عدة فعاليات علمية متميزة بمشاركة خبراء من مختلف الدول، ومنها: ورشة عمل حول علاج المثانة المفتوحة عند الأطفال؛ بمشاركة البروفيسور الألماني Wolfgang Rosch رئيس قسم جراحة المسالك بجامعة krankenhaus Barmherzige، كما استقبل المستشفى خلال عام 2024 كلًا من: الدكتور أيمن مهدي أستاذ جراحة المسالك البولية والتناسلية بمستشفى أدفنت هيلث وينتر بارك، أورلاندو، فلوريدا بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والدكتور نصر الدين عبد العال رئيس قسم جراحة المسالك البولية والتناسلية بمستشفى لوسيتزر سينلاند بألمانيا، والدكتور منير حنا أستاذ طب المسالك البولية للأطفال بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وذلك للمشاركة في وقائع المؤتمر السنوي السادس لقسم جراحة المسالك البولية، وذلك انطلاقًا من السعي الدائم على الاطلاع على مختلف الخبرات والمعارف، لتطوير مهارات شباب الأطباء بالمستشفى.

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إجراء عملية جراحية ناجحة، لاستئصال "9" أورام مختلفة الأحجام بالرحم والحوض، ممتدة إلى منطقة القفص الصدري، وبلغ طول أكبرها "22" سم وعرضها "10" سم، وسببت حزمة من الأعراض الحادة المتزايدة، ذكر ذلك الدكتور خالد الزهراني استشاري النساء والولادة وجراحة مناظير الحوض، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج الحاصل على الزمالة الأمريكية والبورد الكندي.

وعقب اسقبالها مباشرة تم تقديم الإسعافات الأولية لها، وإيقاف النزيف، وإخضاعها لفحوصات طبية دقيقة بأشعة الرنين المغناطيسي (M.R.I) والتحاليل المخبرية، والإطلاع على تاريخها المرضي، حيث تبين أنها سبق وأن خضعت لخمس عمليات قيصرية، نتجت عنها التصاقات بطنية شديدة، وقد خضعت للعلاجات الهرمونية في محاولة منها للسيطرة على النزيف المتكرر، ولكن دون جدوى.
وأشار الدكتور الزهراني إلى أن نتائج الفحوصات كشفت عن وجود "9" أورام مختلفة الأحجام بالرحم والحوض، ممتدة إلى منطقة القفص الصدري، أكبرها بطول 22 سم وعرض 10 سم، هذا بالإضافة إلى وجود جرح بالمثانة ناتج عن الالتصاقات البطنية من العمليات السابقة، وكذلك نقص شديد في نسبة هيموجلبين الدم وأنيميا حادة، مع حاجتها الماسة إلى حقن وأدوية تحفظية لمعالجة فقر الدم.
