المالية توضح حالات تقنين أراضي وضع اليد

أكد الدكتور محمد سليمان قورة، رئيس الإدارة المركزية للتشريع المالي بوزارة المالية، أن المعني أولا بالرقابة على الأموال المستردة، المدير التنفيذي لجهاز إدارة الأموال المستردة، معلقا: هناك رقابة داخلية عبر المدير التنفيذي، ورقابة خارجية لوزارة المالية، من خلال الحسابات الخاصة بالوزارة، بالإضافة إلى الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات، وهيئة الرقابة الإدارية، وبعض الهيئات الأخرى.
وقال "سليمان"، خلال لقائه مع الإعلامي أحمد موسى خلال تقديم برنامج على مسئوليتي، المذاع على قناة صدى البلد، إن الأموال المستردة تدخل خزانة الدولة العامة؛ لأنها أموال الشعب ولا تصفى إلى لصالح الشعب ولا يخصص منها أي غرض آخر حتى مرتبات الموظفين، ولا تدخل أي صناديق خاصة، وهذا وفق نص القانون صراحة.
وعلق الدكتور محمد سليمان قائلا: "الأموال المستردة تنفق في استثمارات الدولة والمشروعات العامة، ويتم نشرها في المواقع الرسمية وبوابة الحكومة المصرية؛ ليعلم الشعب أين تذهب الأموال المستردة".
وقال الدكتور محمد سليمان، إن جهاز تصفية الحسابات يتابع الأصول المستردة على الطبيعة لمنع أي تعديات، وبعض الأصول المملوكة للدولة، تم التقنين لأوضاعها في حال وضع اليد بحكم القانون، والتقنين يكون بهدف الحفاظ على السلم الاجتماعي.
واستكمل: تم تقنين حالات وضع يد في محافظتي الإسكندرية والفيوم للأهالي "حسن النية" الذين لم يعلموا أن أرضهم ضمن ملكيات الدولة، والدولة لا تترك أموالها دون رقابة أو تغاطي؛ لأنها تستطيع استرداد المال في أي وقت.

قام سعادة سفير المكسيك لدى المملكة أنيبال جوميز توليدو، يرافقه رئيس قسم التعاون الدولي بالسفارة السيد ماركو أنطونيو فرايري، بزيارة إلى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب لصحة المرأة بالتخصصي، حيث كان في استقبالهم المدير الطبي للمستشفى الدكتور علي الشهري، وعدد من مسؤولي المستشفى.

عقب ذلك قام سعادة السفير جوميز توليدو ود. الشهري بجولة في أقسام ومرافق المستشفى، شملت أقسام الطوارئ والأشعة والمختبر والعلاج الوريدي، وكذلك وحدة علاج العقم والمساعدة على الإنجاب، والحاضنات، إضافة إلى أجنحة التنويم الملكية، ووقف خلال جولته على تجهيزات كل قسم من هذه الأقسام، كما استمع لشرح وافٍ من ممثلين لهذه الأقسام.
وقال سعادة السفير أنه يعد أحد مراجعي مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب، ومبدياً إعجابه الشديد بما شاهده من إمكانيات وتجهيزات عالية المستوى بالمستشفى، والتي تقدم مفهوماً متطوراً عن خدمات الرعاية الصحية، كما أشاد بالإمكانيات والتجهيزات الحديثة التي يحظى بها أقسام مستشفى صحة المرأة، معبراً عن إعجابه بمستوى الأجنحة الملكية.
