غرفة القاهرة تنظم مؤتمرا حول الجودة لدعم قطاع تنمية الموارد البشرية

نظّمت غرفة القاهرة التجارية اليوم مؤتمرًا تحت عنوان " التدريب بين الجودة والاعتماد" من خلال شُعبة التدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية بالتعاون مع الهيئة العامة للمواصفات والجودة وجهاز تشغيل شباب الخريجين بمحافظة القاهرة والمجلس الوطني للتدريب والتعليم لدعم قطاع التدريب والتنمية البشرية.
القي الكلمة أشرف الشيمي سكرتير عام الغرفة نيابة عن أيمن العشري رئيس غرفة القاهرة خلال المؤتمر ، و أكّد على أهمية التواصل بين غرفة القاهرة والهيئة المصرية للمواصفات والجودة لتحقيق المصلحة العامة، بدءًا من المشاركة في عضوية لجان لوضع المواصفات القياسية ومناقشتها ، مرورًا باستقبال الهيئة للملاحظات والتعديل وهو ما يؤكد أهمية التواصل بين المؤسسات المصرية للمساهمة في تحقيق الهدف الأسمى ، وهو مصلحة بلدنا.
وأشار "الشيمي" إلى أن الغرفة تدعم دور شُعبة التدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية للاتفاق على معايير الأداء لبناء قدرات المنظمات العاملة في مجال التدريب والتنمية البشرية لضمان جودة الأعمال والممارسات المهنية في ظل التحديات التي تواجه هذا القطاع والظروف الاستثنائية التي يواجهها العالم ونحن جزء منه، منها جائحة كورونا والتقلبات المناخية والظروف الاستثنائية العالمية وموجة التضخم العالمية والتي انعكس أثرها على العالم ككل ، وهو ما يؤدي إلى حتمية الابتكار في الأفكار والمقترحات والحلول لمواجهة كل هذه التحديات ، ولعل مصر أخذت خطوات كثيرة وكبيرة على كافة الأصعدة في هذا المجال ، ونحن في غرفة القاهرة دائمًا نكمل دور الدولة وتوجهاتها بكل ما نستطيع من إمكانيات لتحقيق التنمية المُستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030 .
ونوّه سكرتير عام غرفة القاهرة إلى أن تأهيل العامل البشري حسب متطلبات العصر الحديثة يعتبر الخطوة الأهم في تحقيق التنمية المُستدامة التي تتطلع إليها بلدنا وأخذت بها خطوات إيجابية مهمة خلال السنوات الأخيرة ، وهو ما يجعلنا نوجه الشكر لكم جميعًا على الاتجاه لتنظيم هذا المؤتمر الذي يعتبر في غاية الأهمية لما يتضمنه من محاور لتأهيل الكوادر البشرية بما يتواكب مع المتغيرات العالمية ويلبي متطلبات سوق العمل ، وهو ما يعزز نمو اقتصادنا القومي وهذا هو هدفنا الأكبر الذي نسعى إليه جميعًا ، خاتمًا " لكم كل الدعم والمساندة ونتمنى الخروج عقب فعاليات هذا المؤتمر بتوصيات تنعكس إيجابيًا على تطوير وتنمية هذا القطاع ، ونحن على ثقة من ذلك بإذن الله في ظل مشاركتكم ووجودكم كخبرات علمية وعملية وقامات في هذا القطاع تستهدف تحقيق المصلحة العامة".
وتخلل المؤتمر عدة جلسات حوارية لتبادل الآراء ومناقشة بعد المحاور منها تنمية الموارد البشرية والمواصفات والجودة وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدريب والمعايير الدولية والوطنية في مجال التدريب والتكنولوجيا في إدارة العملية التدريبية والشهادة المهنية الدولية المعتمدة ، وأهمية الجودة لمقدمي خدمات التدريب ودور الهيئة في مجال المواصفات والجودة وإدارة الجدارات وتنمية الموارد البشرية.

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية عن تعديل المدة المسموحة لرفع ملفات حماية الأجور في منصة "مُدد" إلى 30 يومًا فقط بدلًا من 60 يومًا، وذلك ابتداءً من 1 مارس 2025. ويأتي ذلك في إطار جهود الوزارة المستمرة لتحسين كفاءة نظام حماية الأجور، ودعم استقرار المنشآت، ورفع مستوى الشفافية، وحفظ حقوق أصحاب العمل والعاملين. ويتيح النظام في وقت سابق رفع ملفات حماية الأجور عن فترة شهرين ماضيين (أي 60 يومًا)، فيما أصبح يتعين على المنشآت رفع الملفات عن شهر واحد (30) يومًا فقط لضمان الدقة، والالتزام في دفع الأجور وفقًا للقيمة والوقت المتفق عليهما بين أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية، حيث استندت الوزارة في تحديث المدة المسموحة على دراسة سلوك ممثلي المنشآت في مدة رفع ملفات حماية الأجور، إذ أظهرت الإحصائيات بأن 91% من المنشآت تقوم برفع ملفات حماية الأجور خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستحقاق. وتسعى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية من خلال تقليص المدة المسموحة لرفع ملفات حماية الأجور إلى تحفيز المنشآت على الامتثال بالنظام بشكل أسرع وأدق لضمان صرف الأجور في مواعيدها المستحقة، وتعزيز الثقة والأمان في بيئات العمل، وتأتي هذه الخطوة تأكيدًا على التزام الوزارة بتطوير نظام حماية الأجور، وتسهيل رفع الملفات عبر منصة "مُدد". وتدعو الوزارة جميع ممثلي المنشآت إلى رفع ملفات حماية الأجور بانتظام عبر منصة "مُدد" ضمن المدة المحددة، والاطلاع على تفاصيل "نظام إدارة الرواتب" لتتمكن كافة منشآت القطاع الخاص من تحقيق الالتزام بمتطلبات البرنامج بكل يسر وسهولة، والإسهام في دعم استقرار سوق العمل، وحفظ حقوق العاملين فيه.
