في سياق عمل الجمعية واهتمامها بتكوين شراكات وتعاونات محلية وعالمية مع مختلف المؤسسات ذات العلاقة والتي تساهم في خلق تجربة تعليمية عالمية وفريدة، وقع الدكتور أحمد البناء رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية البحرين لإدارة الموارد البشرية 3 مذكرات تفاهم بهدف تعزيز الجهود المشتركة للاستثمار في العنصر البشري من خلال تبادل الخبرات وتنظيم العديد الدورات التدريبية والمحاضرات وتأهيل الطلبة لسوق العمل مما يعود بالنفع على جميع الأطراف.
حيث وقع بالنيابة عن جامعة المملكة الرئيس البروفيسور حسن الهجهوج، وعن الجامعة الأهلية الرئيس البروفيسور منصور العالي، ووقعت الدكتورة حنان ناصر القائم بأعمال رئيس الشؤون الأكاديمية المشارك عن الجامعة الأمريكية بالبحرين.
وبهذه المناسبة رحب الدكتور أحمد البناء بالتعاون المشترك الذي سيجمع مختلف الأطراف خلال المرحلة المقبلة، منوهًا على أهمية مواصلة الجهود المشتركة بين الجمعيات والمؤسسات التعليمية والمهنية لتفعيل أهداف التعليم التدريب ودعم مبدأ تبادل الخبرات والتجارب، ومؤكدًا حرص الجمعية على دعم كل ما يسهم في تعزيز تنمية الثروة البشرية بما يحقق رؤية وتوجهات مملكة البحرين.
وفي هذا السياق، أشاد البروفيسور حسن الهجهوج بهذه الخطوة المهمة في تعزيز مجال التدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية ودعم مبدأ تبادل الخبرات بين المؤسسات الأهلية والتعليمية، مثمنًا اهتمام الجمعية بالاستثمار في تدريب وتطوير الكوادر البشرية يما يخدم المجتمع البحريني ويعزز مكانته. من جانبه، أثنى البروفيسور منصور العالي على الدور البارز للجمعية في تبني المبادرات النوعية والبرامج التدريبية المهنية الهادفة، خصوصًا وأنها تضم نخبة من الكوادر والقيادات الوطنية المتميزة والخبرات التعليمية والمهنية على مستوى منظمات المجتمع المدني.
وأشارت الدكتورة حنان ناصر إلى أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم جاء نتيجة الدور والخبرات التي تطلع بها الجامعة الأمريكية بالبحرين، متمنية التوفيق والنجاح لجميع الأطراف في تحقيق بنود مذكرة التفاهم وما اشتملت عليه من أهداف.
