حماية المستهلك يوجه ضربة قوية لمُحتكري السلع في عين شمس والمطرية.. صور

شن جهاز حماية المستهلك حملات في منطقتي ( عين شمس – المطرية ) بنطاق محافظة القاهرة، لتحقيق الإنضباط في الأسواق ،ومنع أية مُمارسات ضارة غير مُنضبطة في حالات المُبالغة في الأسعار ومُتابعة ما يتم اتخاذه من إجراءات ضد أي تاجر مُخالف مُستغل يقوم بحجب السلع عن التداول أو المُضاربة في سعرها .
وقال رئيس الجهاز أنه تم توجيه كافة مأموري الضبط القضائي بالجهاز بجميع المحافظات بالإنتشار المُكثف علي مستوي الجمهورية لتحقيق الإنضباط في الأسواق ومواجهة كافة الظواهر السلبية الضارة بالمواطنين والتصدي بكل حزم وجدية لأيه مخالفات وإتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيالها، كما تم تشكيل غرفة عمليات مركزية لتلقي الشكاوي والبلاغات من المواطنين عبر الرقم 19588 ولمتابعة كافة الحملات علي مستوي المحافظات ورصد أي ظواهر سلبية بالأسواق وخاصة عدم الإعلان عن الأسعار أو رفع أسعار السلع دون مبرر.
وأكد رئيس الجهاز، بضرورة تحقيق الإنضباط في الأسواق وعدم التهاون مع المُخالفين والضرب بيد من حديد ضد أي تاجر مُخالف مُستغل ، مشيراً إلى أن الجهاز خلال الفترة الحالية سيكثف تواجده بالأسواق والعمل علي المحاور الآتية ( التوعية – تلقي الشكاوي والبلاغات – الحملات الرقابية )، مؤكدا علي التنسيق والتعاون مع وزارة التموين والتجارة الداخلية والأجهزة الرقابية المعنية بالدولة لتحقيق الإنضباط والإستقرار في الأسواق وإستمرار إتاحة السلع الأساسية للمواطنين بالأسعار المناسبة.
وأشار إلى أن الحملات الرقابية الموسعة مُستمرة في كافة محافظات الجمهورية لتحقيق الإنضباط في الأسواق لصالح المستهلكين ، مشدداً أن الجهاز لن يدخر جهداً في إتخاذ أية إجراءات رقابية استباقية من شأنها حماية وصون حقوق المستهلكين، والتصدي بكل قوة لأي تاجر مُخالف مُستغل..
وتشكلت الحملة الرقابية من السادة مأموري الضبط القضائي بجهاز حماية المستهلك من إدارات الجهاز المختلفة (الإدارة العامة للرقابة علي الأسواق – الإدارة العامة للتحريات ) ، فيما قام مأموري الضبط وأثناء انتشارهم بالأسواق، بالتنسيق مع مركزالاتصال و تلقي الشكاوي والبلاغات المركزية بالجهاز، للعمل علي إزالة اسباب الشكاوي الواردة للجهاز وحلها ميدانيا.
وبناء علي هذه التوجيهات، قام الجهاز بالمرور والتفتيش علي الأسواق التجارية في نطاق (عين شمس – المطرية )، بالإضافة إلي توعية قاطني المنطقة بقانون الجهاز وحقوق المستهلك وأيضا طرق التواصل حال البلاغات والشكاوي عبر الرقم 19588 من أي خط أرضي ، وأسفرت الحملات عن تحرير عدد 48 محضر وتنوعت المخالفات بين ( عدم الإعلان عن الأسعار – البيع بأزيد من السعر المُعلن لسلعة السجائر والسكر – حجب السلع عن التداول – تداول سلع غذائية بالأسواق مجهولة المصدر ومنتهية الصلاحية – عدم وجود تراخيص لإدارة المنشأة ) ، وجاري إحالة المُخالفين للنيابة العامة لإعمال شئونها.
وقام مأمورو الضبط القضائي وبقرار من النيابة العامة بإعادة بيع السلع المضبوطة بنطاق الحملة داخل المنافذ الحكومية بنفس المنطقة بالسعر الرسمي المُعلن للجمهور، ضماناً لوصول السلع الأساسية للمواطنين بالأسعار الرسمية ،وهو ما يحقق خُطة الدولة في تفعيل المنافذ الحكومية.
وأعلن جهاز حماية المستهلك أنه سيتم إعادة بيع السلع في المنافذ الحكومية في ذات المنطقة التي تم بها الحملة ،ضماناً لوصول السلع بالأٍسعار المناسبة لمُستحقيها وتنفيذاً لخُطة الدولة في ضبط الأسواق ووصول السلع لمُستحقيها بالأسعار المناسبة وتفعيل المنافذ الحكومية أمام المواطنين.
وقامت أفرع الجهاز بمختلف محافظات الجمهورية بمواصلة شن الحملات الرقابية الموسعة بالتزامن مع الحملات المنتشرة بنطاق القاهرة الكبري ، وأسفرت تلك الحملات عن تحرير عدد 207 محضر وتنوعت المخالفات بين ( عدم الإعلان عن الأسعار – البيع بأزيد من السعر المُعلن لسلعة السجائر والسكر – حجب السلع عن التداول – تداول سلع غذائية بالأسواق مجهولة المصدر ومنتهية الصلاحية – عدم وجود تراخيص لإدارة المنشأة ) ،وجاري إحالة المُخالفين للنيابة العامة لإعمال شئونها.
وجاءت مضبوطات افرع الجهاز بمختلف المحافظات علي النحو الآتي :
- 1.25 طن سكر ضمن مبادرة تخفيض الأسعار (بيع بأزيد من السعر المٌعلن )
- 2257 علبة منتجات تبغ وسجائر (بيع بأزيد من السعر الرسمي )
- 500 كجم دقيق (مجهول المصدر)
- 5.25 طن أرز ( غير صالح للإستهلاك )
-1.25 طن (سلع غذائية منتهية الصلاحية )
- 500 كجم مكرونة (مجهول المصدر )
- 900 لتر زيت طعام ( مجهول المصدر )
يُهيب رئيس الجهاز بالتجار والموردين بضرورة الإعلان عن الأسعار والإلتزام بالبيع وفقاً للأسعار المُعلنة ،وسيتم تطبيق القانون حيال المُخالفين بكل قوة وحزم .
- كما يُناشد جهاز حماية المستهلك المواطنين بضرورة الإبلاغ الفورى عن أية مُخالفات من شأنها الإضرار بحقوق المستهلك أو المُغالاة فى الأسعار وذلك من خلال الخط الساخن للجهاز 19588 من أى خط أرضي يوميا من 9 ص حتي 10 م، أو عبر خدمة الواتس اب 01577779999 .

وفي هذا الصدد أكدت أ.رابعة الشميسي أن هذه الاتفاقية ضمن اتفاقيات عديدة قامت بها لجنة البنوك السعودية بهدف تحقيق مستهدفات اللجنة في مجال التوعية والتثقيف وتعزيز الوعي المالي لمختلف الأفراد في عدد من المواضيع المالية, والوصول إلى أكبر شريحة من المجتمع وتقديم هذه الخدمات التوعوية له من خلال الجهات الشريكة.
