مجلس الوزراء يستعرض النتائج الإيجابية لقمة الخليج ودول "آسيان"

رأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله - الجلسة التي عقدها مجلس الوزراء، اليوم، في الرياض.

وفي مستهل الجلسة، اطّلع مجلس الوزراء على مجمل المباحثات واللقاءات والاتصالات التي جرت خلال الأيام الماضية بين صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظه الله -، وقادة عددٍ من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة، وما ركزت عليه في جوانب العلاقات بين المملكة وبلدانهم، إضافة إلى المسائل الإقليمية والدولية.

وأشاد المجلس في هذا السياق، بمضامين الزيارات الرسمية التي قام بها إلى المملكة كل من فخامة رئيس جمهورية إندونيسيا، وفخامة رئيس جمهورية كوريا، ودولة رئيس وزراء جمهورية سنغافورة، ودولة رئيس وزراء ماليزيا، وما اشتملت عليه من توقيع عدد من الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التفاهم لتعزيز علاقات التعاون وتنميتها في مختلف المجالات.

وأوضح معالي وزير الإعلام الأستاذ سلمان بن يوسف الدوسري، في بيانه لوكالة الأنباء السعودية عقب الجلسة، أن مجلس الوزراء قدّر النتائج الإيجابية التي توصلت إليها قمة الرياض بين مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية ودول رابطة جنوب شرق آسيا (آسيان)، خلال رئاسة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظه الله -، وفخامة رئيس جمهورية إندونيسيا لأعمالها، مؤكداً أهمية ما صدر عنها من مخرجات يؤمل منها أن تسهم في دعم التعاون بين دول المجموعتين على نحو يحقق مصالح شعوبها، ويعزز فرص النماء والتقدم والازدهار.

وتابع المجلس بألم، تطورات الأوضاع الدائرة في غزة وما تشهده من عنف متصاعد، مجدداً ما أكدته المملكة خلال التواصل مع أعضاء في المجتمع الدولي، من الرفض القاطع لاستهداف المدنيين تحت أي ذريعة، وأهمية التحرك العاجل لوقف العمليات العسكرية وخفض التصعيد؛ لتلافي تداعياته الخطيرة على الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة والعالم.
وعدّ المجلس، اختيار المملكة لاستضافة الدورة (السادسة والعشرين) للجمعية العامة للمنظمة العالمية للسياحة عام 2025، وإعادة انتخابها رئيسا للمجلس التنفيذي، تأكيداً على ريادتها وقيادتها لهذا القطاع دولياً نحو مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا وتعاونًا.

وهنأ مجلس الوزراء، الفائزين بجائزة المملكة للإدارة البيئية في العالم الإسلامي الهادفة إلى تعزيز العمل المشترك في مجالات حماية البيئة وقضايا التنمية المستدامة وتحسين جودة الحياة، ووضع حلول مبتكرة علمية وعملية للتحديات الحالية والمستقبلية.

ونوه المجلس، بما شهده مؤتمر سلاسل الإمداد والخدمات اللوجستية الذي عقد في الرياض، من توقيع حزمة من الاتفاقيات بين القطاعين العام والخاص، والتي ستسهم - بمشيئة الله - في تعزيز كفاءة هذا القطاع وتوسيع فرص الاستثمار.

واطّلع مجلس الوزراء، على الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعماله، من بينها موضوعات اشترك مجلس الشورى في دراستها، كما اطلع على ما انـتهى إليه كل من مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية، ومجلس الشؤون السياسية والأمنية، واللجنة العامة لمجلس الوزراء، وهيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء في شأنها، وقد انتهى المجلس إلى ما يلي:
أولاً:
الموافقة على إقامة علاقات دبلوماسية بين المملكة العربية السعودية ومملكة بوتان على مستوى سفير غير مقيم، وتفويض صاحب السمو وزير الخارجية - أو من ينيبه - بالتوقيع على مشروع البروتوكول اللازم لذلك.
ثانياً:
تفويض معالي وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانبين الجنوب أفريقي والسنغالي في شأن مشروعي مذكرتي تفاهم بين وزارة الاقتصاد والتخطيط في المملكة العربية السعودية ووزارة التنمية الاقتصادية في جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا ووزارة الاقتصاد والتخطيط والتعاون في جمهورية السنغال للتعاون في المجال الاقتصادي.
ثالثاً:
الموافقة على مشروع إعلان النوايا المشترك بين هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد في المملكة العربية السعودية ومكتب الادعاء المالي الوطني في جمهورية فرنسا للتعاون في مجال منع الفساد ومكافحته، وتفويض معالي رئيس هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانب الفرنسي في شأنه.
رابعاً:
الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال مكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالأشخاص بين هيئة حقوق الإنسان في المملكة العربية السعودية ووزارة العمل في دولة قطر.
خامساً:
تعديل المادة (15) من نظام الكليات العسكرية، وإلغاء المادة (18) منه (المتعلقتين بشروط القبول في الكليات العسكرية)، وذلك على النحو الوارد في القرار.
سادساً:
تعديل المادة (الحادية والخمسين) من نظام المحاماة، وذلك بتمكين مكاتب المحاماة الأجنبية من تقديم الاستشارات المتعلقة بالأنظمة السعودية.
سابعاً:
تعديل نظام التعاملات الإلكترونية، وذلك بإحلال هيئة الحكومة الرقمية محل هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية في تطبيق أحكام النظام.
ثامناً:
منح وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية صلاحية ضبط المخالفات وفقاً للائحة الجزاءات عن المخالفات البلدية.
كما اطّلع مجلس الوزراء، على عدد من الموضوعات العامة المدرجة على جدول أعماله، من بينها تقريران سنويان للرئاسة العامة لهيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والمركز الوطني لأبحاث وتطوير الزراعة المستدامة (استدامة)، وقد اتخذ المجلس ما يلزم حيال تلك الموضوعات.
