عقدت جلسةمجلس الشورى العادية الثامنة للسنة الرابعة من الدورة الثامنة برئاسة معالي نائب رئيس المجلس الدكتور مشعل السُّلمي .

و ناقش المجلس التقرير السنوي لوزارة الاستثمار للعام المالي 1443/1444هـ .

سعد العتيبي وزارة الاستثمار بالعمل على تحقيق أكبر عائد في مشروعات الاستثمار الاجتماعي،وذلك بالتنسيق مع المركز الوطني لتنميةالقطاع غير الربحي،مشيراً إلى أهمية وضع البرامج التي تسهم في رعاية حقوق المستثمرين السعوديين بالخارج،من حيث سهولة التصفية أو تحويل الأموال.

كما طالب عضو الشورى أ. رائدة ابو نيان وزارة الاستثمار بتقديم المزيد من الدعم لمنشآت الملكية الخاصة، و دراسة إنشاء مركز متخصص لها.
