حصل البنك العربي الوطني anb وتتويجاً لريادته في تقديم أحدث حلول المصرفية الرقمية المبتكرة، على جائزة "البنك الأكثر ابتكاراً في الشرق الأوسط لعام 2023" والتي تقدّمها مجلة MEED الدولية المرموقة ضمن جوائز "التميز المصرفي في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا" التي تمنحها المجلة سنوياً تقديراً لأكثر المؤسسات المصرفية والمالية تميزاً وابتكاراً في مختلف قطاعات الصناعة المصرفية.

وجاء اختيار البنك العربي الوطني anb لهذه الجائزة من قبل لجنة المحكّمين، بالنظر إلى الدور الريادي الذي اضطلع به البنك على اعتباره أحد أبرز ممكني قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية FinTechs في المملكة والمنطقة، وما قطعه من أشواط مميزة في عملية التحول الرقمي، والتي أسهمت في تعزيز قدرة البنك على تطوير منظومة قنواته الرقمية وابتكار منتجات وحلول رقمية متطورة، وإطلاق جيل جديد من الخدمات المالية المتقدمة في قطاع المدفوعات والتجارة الإلكترونية.

وأعرب خالد الراشد رئيس مجموعة التجزئة المصرفية لدى anb عن الاعتزاز بالحصول على هذه الجائزة المرموقة، بما تعكسه من تقدير لجهود البنك في تطوير وإثراء تجربته الرقمية لمواكبة احتياجات العملاء المتغيرة، والتطورات المتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية والمصرفية الرقمية.

وأوضح الراشد أن البنك شهد ازدياداً في معدل استخدام القنوات الرقمية، وذلك في ظل ما تم إنجازه من تطوير نوعي في البنية الرقمية للبنك، وتدعيمها بأنظمة انسيابية ومرنة أسهمت في رفع كفاءة التشغيل، وتحليل البيانات لتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدّمة، فيما حرص البنك على تبني أحدث التقنيات وبناء القدرات، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على تجربة العميل.

من جانبه أكد عمر العقيل الرئيس التنفيذي للمكتب الرقمي لدى anb أن البنك يواصل رحلته نحو التحول الرقمي من خلال تعزيز مبادراته في مجال الاستثمار بالمصرفية الرقمية وتحفيز مفاهيم الابتكار بهدف الانتقال بتجربة عملائه على اختلاف فئاتهم نحو آفاق غير مسبوقة من المرونة والسهولة والسرعة لتلبية احتياجاتهم المصرفية، وتعزيز القيمة المضافة لمنتجات البنك وحلوله المالية والمصرفية، وبما يسهم في دعم مكانة البنك وريادته وتنافسيته في مجال الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية في المملكة والمنطقة.

يشار إلى أن البنك العربي الوطني anb قد أطلق مؤخراً تطبيقه الجديد anb App، بتصميمه العصري والمبتكر، ليمنح المستخدمين المزيد من السهولة والسرعة في الاستخدام وكفاءة أكثر في إدارة الأموال والمدفوعات، وذلك تماشياً مع هوية البنك الجديدة "نحو مصرفية أسهل وأسرع".
