تعلن شركة أسياف للاستثمار وشركة مطاعم أسماك عمو حمزة عن استحواذ "صندوق أسياف للملكية الخاصة (5)" والمدارة من قبل شركة أسياف للاستثمار على ملكية كامل حصص سلسلة مطاعم عمو حمزة .

تعد سلسلة مطاعم عمو حمزة من المطاعم المختصة في تقديم المأكولات البحرية ، العريقة في المملكة العربية السعودية .

تأسست عام 1990 في مدينة الرياض , و هدفها الرئيسي هو الاستثمار في منتجات غذائية صحية وذات طعم لذيذ. و كان البحر ومنتجاته المغذية مصدر إلهاماً لمؤسسيها لإعداد أفضل وجبات وأطباق المأكولات البحرية. منذ تأسيس الشركة ، و امتدت افرع سلسلة أسماك عمو حمزة إلى ١٤ فرعاً بمختلف مدن و مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية .
