92 عملية جراحية أجراها مستشفى المملكة مع صندوق الوقف الصحي

أجرت العيادات الاستشارية في مستشفى المملكة , عبر مبادرة عطاء المستشفيات الخاصة , 92 عملية جراحية وإجراء صحيًا في تخصصات طبية متنوعة , وفقًا للاحتياجات الفعلية للمرضى , بالتنسيق مع صندوق الوقف الصحي , التابع لوزارة الصحة.
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لمستشفى المملكة والعيادات الإستشارية الدكتور عدنان العبدكريم أن هذه المبادرة تضمنت إجراء عدد من العمليات الجراحية في تخصصات طبية متنوعة , منها النساء والولادة والمناظير، إضافة إلى 52 جلسة "غسيل كلوي" و 26 جلسة "علاج طبيعي".
وثمن العبدكريم مبادرة صندوق الوقف الصحي برئاسة الدكتور إبراهيم الحيدري , لتمكين مستشفى المملكة من المشاركة في هذه المبادرة الخيرية التي توضح الدور الفاعل للقطاع الصحي الخاص المسهم في تحقيق التنمية الصحية المستدامة والرعاية الصحية المتميزة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

وقال رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج أن المراجع قدم إلى المستشفى وهو يشتكي من آلام في البطن، وأُجريت له فحوصات طبية دقيقة أبرزها الأشعة المقطعية Ct-scan، والرنين المغناطيسي Mri، والموجات فوق الصوتية، إضافة إلى فحوصات علامات الأورام وتحاليل الدم، وكشفت النتائج إصابته بورم سرطاني في رأس البنكرياس، ومتشعب إلى الاثني عشر والمرارة، وأخضع الفريق الطبي الحالة للدراسة على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات، وخلص إلى خطة علاجية متكاملة، تم بمقتضاها إجراء عملية جراحية دقيقة ومعقدة تعرف "بإجراء ويبل"، تم فيها استئصال رأس البنكرياس والاثني عشر والقناة الصفارية والمرارة بالحدود الطبيعية، ومع المحافظة على الأوردة والأنسجة الحيوية الملاصقة، ثم بعد ذلك تم إعادة وصل الأعضاء المتبقية معاً للسماح للطعام بالمرور عبر الجهاز الهضمي.
