وجه المستشار البرلماني عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة عبد الرحمن الوافا، سؤالا كتابيا إلى الوزيرة المنتدبة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة غيثة مزور المنتمية لذات الحزب، حول موعد إطلاق خدمات الجيل الخامس 5g من تكنولوجيات الاتصالات المتنقلة.
وأوضح الوافا أن قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، يشكل الأساس الحيوي لعمليات التحول الرقمي، ويعزز شبکات الهواتف المحمولة بشكل خاص الكفاءة الاقتصادية للمغرب، ويعزز قدرته التنافسية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا وعلى الساحة العالمية، مبرزا أن البنية التحتية الرقمية تطور المجتمعات والاقتصادات بشكل عام، مما يدعم التنمية المستدامة ويحقق التقدم الاقتصادي من خلال توسيع الوصول إلى خدمات الإنترنت بتكلفة منخفضة.
وأكد المستشار البرلماني أن هذا النوع من الخدمات يمكن من تقليل الفجوة الرقمية، كما يمكن المزيد من الأفراد والجماعات من الانخراط في الاقتصاد الرقمي والاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة، مضيفا أن تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة، تتيح توسيع نطاق الخدمات الرقمية مثل التعليم عن بعد والرعاية الصحية الإلكترونية والتجارة الإلكترونية، مما يعزز الابتكار ويعمق التكامل في الاقتصاد.
وأشار إلى أن شبكة الجيل الخامس (g5)، لها دور كبير في توفير هذه الإمكانات الجديدة وخلق فرص نمو واعدة للأفراد والشركات والمجتمعات، مشددا على أنها تقنية أصبحت تشهد انتشارا متزايدا في مجموعة من الدول وهو ما يدعو بلادنا كذلك إلى التسريع بالالتحاق بشبكة الجيل الخامس لتعزيز إمكانات النمو بشكل كبير.
