إنقاذ حياة مريضة من إنسداد بالأمعاء نتيجة سرطان القولون في مستشفى المواساة بالدمام

بفضل الله، تم إنقاذ حياة مريضة كانت تعانى من إنسداد معوي نتيجة سرطان كبير بالقولون النازل، أدى إلى إنسداد كامل بالقولون.

تم إستقبال المريضة فى طوارئ مستشفى المواساة الدمام، وتم مناظرة الحالة من قبل الدكتور محمد قاسم إستشارى الجراحة العامة، وتم عمل الفحوصات والأشعة اللازمة التى أثبتت وجود سرطان إنسدادى بالقولون النازل.

بعد عمل الإسعافات الأولية، تم تحضير المريضة للعملية، حيث أجرى د. محمد قاسم إستكشاف على البطن وإستئصال راديكالى للقولون الأيسر والسينى، وإستئصال الغدد الليمفاوية المحيطة.

تابع الفريق الجراحى المريضة بعد الجراحة حتى إستقرت الحالة تماما، وخرجت المريضة من المستشفى في صحة جيدة.
