مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينهي معاناة مقيمة مع ورم ضخم برأس البنكرياس

في تميز طبي جديد يضاف لمنجزات مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، تمكن فريق جراحات الأورام والمناظير المتقدمة وجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية بالمستشفى، من إجراء عملية نوعية متقدمة لمقيمة في العقد الخامس من العمر، تم تشخيصها بوجود ورم ضخم برأس البنكرياس، تسبب في انسداد كامل للقنوات المرارية الجامعة الخارجة من الكبد،

ذكر ذلك الدكتور عبدالوهاب الشهراني استشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحات السمنة والمناظير المتقدمة، وجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

والذي أضاف بأن المريضة راجعت المستشفى إثر تناقص وزنها وفقدانها للشهية بشكل ملحوظ، وشعورها بآلام تمتد من البطن إلى الظهر، مع اصفرار بالعينين،

حيث أجريت لها حزمة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة كالأشعة المقطعية والرنين المغناطيسي، وتحاليل الدم وفحوصات علامات الأورام، وأظهرت النتائج إصابتها بورم سرطاني ضخم برأس البنكرياس ملاصق بشكل شديد للوريد البابي بالبطن المغذي الرئيسي للكبد، مع وجود غدد لمفاوية مصابة بجوار البنكرياس، وبعد دراسة الحالة على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات خضعت المريضة لعملية جراحية دقيقة ومعقدة تعرف "بإجراء ويبل"، تم فيها إستئصال الورم بالكامل، بعد فصله من الوريد البابي الرئيسي وعمل إصلاح جزئي للوريد،

و كذلك عزل الورم عن بقية الأوردة والأنسجة الحيوية الملاصقة له، ثم بعد ذلك تم عمل التوصيلات والتحويلات الأساسية لأعضاء البطن بعضها ببعض بعد الإستئصال. وتكللت العملية ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ولم تحتاج المريضة لنقل الدم أثناء العملية بفضل من الله، وتمت إفاقتها بشكل مباشر بغرفة العمليات، ومن ثم نقلت لفترة قصيرة لم تتجاوز "24" ساعة إلى العناية المركزة كإجراء تحفظي.

ووصف د. عبدالوهاب الشهراني العملية بالمعقدة والدقيقة، بالنظر إلى أن الورم كان ملاصقاً للوريد البابي المغذي للكبد وكذلك بعض الشرايين المغذية للأمعاء، وأيضا وجود غدد لمفاوية ضخمة جدًا مجاورة للبنكرياس، مضيفاً أن مثل هذه العمليات لا تُجرى إلى على يد فريق طبي متمرس وبتجهيزات متقدمة، لاسيما في مجال جراحات الأورام النوعية.
