وأعرب ممثل صاحب السمو أمير دولة الكويت الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح، صاحب السمو الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح ولي عهد دولة الكويت، عن بالغ الشكر لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظهما الله - على حفاوة الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة، التي حظي بهما والوفد المرافق، خلال مشاركته في قمة الرياض بين مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية ودول رابطة الآسيان، والتي جسدت عمق الوشائج الأخوية والأواصر الحميمة، والعلاقات التاريخية الوثيقة التي تربط البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين.
وأكد سموه في برقيتين بعثهما لخادم الحرمين الشريفين ولسمو ولي العهد - حفظهما الله - أن احتضان المملكة لهذه القمة يرسخ دورها المحوري المهم على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية، وحرص قيادتها على تطوير سبل التعاون وتنمية العلاقات القائمة بين الدول المشاركة في المجالات كافة، والدفع بها إلى آفاق أوسع وأرحب وتعزيز فرص تبادل وجهات النظر حول القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك في ظل التحديات الراهنة التي يمر بها العالم.
ونوه بالجهود التي كان لها أكبر الأثر في إنجاح القمة، راجيًا أن تحقق المباحثات المثمرة والتوصيات الإيجابية أهدافها المرجوة في تعميق أوجه الشراكة الخليجية الآسيوية من أجل بناء مستقبل زاهر للشعوب الشقيقة والصديقة.

كما أعرب جلالة الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة ملك مملكة البحرين، عن خالص الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، - حفظه الله -، على الحفاوة وكرم الضيافة أثناء مشاركته في قمة الرياض بين مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية ودول رابطة الآسيان، الذي جسد علاقات المحبة والإخاء والود وعكس ما يربط بين البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين من علاقات تاريخية راسخة وتعاون وثيق في كافة المجالات.
