ولي العهد يؤكد لغوتيريش ضرورة تعزيز الجهود لوقف التصعيد في غزة

تلقى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء ، اتصالاً هاتفياً ، اليوم الخميس ، من الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيرس ، لبحث الأوضاع التي شهدتها غزة مؤخراً.
وأكد سمو ولي العهد على أهمية تعزيز الجهود الدولية والإقليمية لوقف العمليات العسكرية وخفض التصعيد لتلافي تداعياته الخطيرة على الأمن والسلام في المنطقة والعالم، وبذل كافة الجهود الممكنة لمنع اتساع رقعة العنف الذي سيؤثر على استقرار المنطقة.
كما لفت سموه إلى أهمية العمل لتهيئة الظروف لعودة الاستقرار واستعادة مسار السلام بما يكفل حصول الشعب الفلسطيني على حقوقه المشروعة.
وأشار سمو ولي العهد إلى أهمية دور الأمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها في توفير ممرات إنسانية آمنة لتقديم الرعاية الطبية والاحتياجات الغذائية للمدنيين الذين هم تحت الحصار في غزة.
