نجاح عملية استئصال 16 ورم ليفي من الرحم لأنسة في مستشفى المواساة بالقطيف

بعون الله، نجح الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة - القطيف باستئصال عدد 16 ورم ليفي من الرحم لأنسة في العقد الثالث من العمر.

وكانت المريضة قد حضرت إلى عيادة أمراض النساء والولادة وهي تعاني من نزيف رحمي غير منتظم استمر معها لمدة تزيد عن خمس سنوات، وقد سبب لها نقص حاد بنسبة الهيموجلوبين، مع أعراض أنيميا حادة.

مما تطلب تكرار عملية نقل الدم إليها، وبعد مراجعات كثيرة في عدة مستشفيات تبين وجود أورام ليفية تصل إلى تجويف الرحم ، حيث كان القرار الطبي لحالتها آنذاك هو استئصال الرحم.

تمت مباشرة ودراسة الحالة من قبل الفريق الطبي بإشراف الدكتور شريف هنداوي استشاري أمراض النساء والولادة بمستشفى المواساة بالقطيف، حيث تم عمل أشعة بالموجات الصوتية والرنين المغناطيسي لتوضيح الحالة وقد اظهرت الأشعة وجود عدد كبير من الأورام الليفية. وبعد تقييم كامل لهذه الحالة كان القرار الطبي باستئصال هذه الأورام الليفية حيث كان الهدف الأكبر أيضا هو الحفاظ على الرحم في شكله الطبيعي من أجل الحفاظ على القدرة الإنجابية للمريضة.

وبفضل الله تمت العملية بنجاح وتم استئصال 16 ورم ليفي للمريضة من الرحم ومن ثم تم إعادة الرحم إلى شكله الطبيعي لكي تتمكن المريضة من الحمل وتكون الدورة الشهرية منتظمة وبصورة طبيعية.

ولم تحتاج المريضة لنقل أية كمية من الدم وخرجت بعد يومين ولله الحمد وهي تتمتع بكامل الصحة والعافية لممارسة حياتها بشكل طبيعي.
