النيابة العامة: إيقاف تنظيم إجرامي مكون من (١٤) شخصاً احتال على المواطنين/عاجل

باشرت نيابة الاحتيال المالي إجراءات التحقيق مع تشكيل إجرامي منظم مكون من (14) شخصاً بينهم مواطنين ومقيمين بتهمة الاحتيال المالي.

وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق تلقي المذكورين اتصالات من شركات وهمية خارج المملكة، والاتفاق معهم على العمل عن بُعد بأجر شهري زهيد، وتمكينهم من التصرف بحساباتهم البنكية، إضافة لقيامهم بتمرير المكالمات عبر أجهزة إلكترونية وبرامج تقنية، وتمكين تلك الشركات بالتواصل مع الضحايا، وإيهامهم بالاستثمار، ومن ثم الاستيلاء على أموالهم.

أوهمهم بالاستثمار في العملات الرقمية غير المرخصة

كما أوضحت إجراءات التحقيق قيامهم بالتسويق للعملات الرقمية غير المرخصة، واستقبال حوالات بنكية من آخرين، وتحويلها إلى تلك المنصات، وحيازة أجهزة تشغيل الشرائح، وعدد من شرائح الاتصال.

وتم إيقافهم كون التهمة الموجهة لهم موجبة للتوقيف، وإحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة، للمطالبة بالعقوبات المقررة بحقهم طبقاً لنظام مكافحة الاحتيال المالي وخيانة الأمانة.
وأكدت النيابة العامة أنها لن تتوانى في إقامة الدعاوى الجزائية العامة بحق من تسول له نفسه الجناية على الآخرين، والاحتيال عليهم للاستيلاء على أموالهم تحت طائلة المساءلة الجزائية المشددة.
