أكاديمية الدكتور سليمان الحبيب تستقبل 77 طبيباً مقيماً للالتحاق ببرامج الزمالات في تخصصات مختلفة

استقبلت أكاديمية الدكتور سليمان الحبيب مؤخراً، " 77" طبيباً مقيماً للالتحاق ببرامج الزمالات الطبية، والبالغ عددها "30" برنامجاً في عددٍ من التخصصات العامة والدقيقة، بالتعاون مع الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، وذلك في إطار استراتيجيات المجموعة لتطوير وتجويد خدمات الرعاية الطبية في المملكة، من خلال تأهيل ورفع قدرات الكوادر الطبية وتزويدهم بالمهارات العملية والنظرية التي تعينهم على تقديم أداء أفضل.

وعبر البروفيسور عوض العُمري الرئيس التنفيذي للشؤون الطبية والأكاديمية، عن ترحيبه بالدفعة الجديدة من الأطباء، مؤكداً أن الأكاديمية ستسخر كافة إمكانياتها وخبراتها لتهيئة بيئة تعليمية وتدريبية تحقق أقصى الفائدة لهم، مشيراً إلى أن برامج الزمالة استوعبت منذ اطلاقها نحو 220 من الأطباء المبتعثين، من جهات مختلفة، لتأهيلهم وتدريبهم، كي يتمكنوا من الحصول على شهادة الاختصاص.

وأوضح أ. د. العُمري أن النجاح الكبير في تنظيم برنامج الزمالة تأكيد على المستوى الأكاديمي والمهني والفني الرفيع الذي وصلت إليه الأكاديمية، من حيث توفر البنية التحتية والكفاءات المهنية المتخصصة وغيرها من الشروط والمعايير الدقيقة، كما أن تعاون الأكاديمية مع كبريات الجامعات الإقليمية والعالمية ، مكنها من الاطلاع على تجاربها وخبراتها المتراكمة، والاستفادة منها في تهيئة بيئة مثالية للتحصيل الأكاديمي، المتوافقة مع المعايير والمتطلبات الصحية.

وأضاف أ.د.العُمري أن الأكاديمية تخطط لزيادة أعداد المقبولين في كافة التخصصاتِ الطبية، وخاصة الدقيقة منها، وتطوير الأداء المهني للوصول إلى مجتمع صحي بكفاءات مؤهلة بأعلى المعايير، بالإضافة إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى والمراجعين بالمستشفيات والمراكز الطبية. مشيراً في الوقت نفسه إلى التزام مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية بدعم مختلف البرامج التدريبية، وذلك انطِلاقاً من مسؤولياتِها العلمية والطبية والمجتمعية ، وبما يتماشى مع الرؤية الوطنية 2030 لمملكتنا الغالية.

الجدير بالذكر أن المجموعة قامت بتدريب أكثر من " 3000 " ممارس صحي،واحتفت بتخريج أكثر من "330" طبيب سعودي وتستعد لتخريج " 220 " ممارس صحي نهاية العام الجاري.
