يلتقي الرئيس شي.. بوتين في بكين لحضور قمة "الحزام والطريق"

وصل الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين إلى بكين صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، حسبما ذكر التلفزيون الرسمي الصيني، لحضور قمة تركز على مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية، وهي مشروع ضخم للبنية التحتية يهدف إلى ربط آسيا بالأسواق الأوروبية والإفريقية بشكل أفضل.

ومن المقرر أن يلتقي بوتين الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينج، بالإضافة إلى حضور المنتدى.

وقال الكرملين إنه من المتوقع أن يناقش الرئيسان السياسة الدولية، بما في ذلك الوضع في الشرق الأوسط.

وتُعد الصين شريكًا مهمًا لروسيا، وفي حرب أوكرانيا، تقدم الصين نفسها رسميًا على أنها محايدة، لكنها تدعم روسيا.

وستكون هذه ثاني زيارة يقوم بها بوتين إلى الخارج بعد زيارة قرغيزستان الأسبوع الماضي، منذ أن أصدرت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية مذكرة توقيف بحقه بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم حرب في مارس.

والصين ليست من الدول الموقعة على نظام روما الأساسي الذي أنشأ المحكمة في مدينة لاهاي الهولندية، وبالتالي يمكنها تجاهل مذكرة التوقيف.
