«بنك مصر» يتيح الدفع والتحصيل الإلكترونى على وزارة الخارجية لتسوية المواقف التجنيدية

أتاح بنك مصر الدفع باستخدام البطاقات البنكية الأجنبية من خارج مصر مباشرة على الموقع الإلكترونى الخاص بمبادرة وزارة الخارجية – لتسوية المواقف التجنيدية بالتعاون مع بنك مصر.
وقال بنك مصر إن هذا يأتى فى إطار حرصه على تقديم خدمات تتناسب مع احتياجات المواطنين؛ وتدعيماً لسياسة الدولة المصرية فى تقديم كافة التسهيلات لأبناء الوطن المقيمين بالخارج لتسوية أوضاعهم التجنيدية وتيسيراً على مقدمى طلبات تسوية المواقف التجنيدية بالخارج.
ويعد تقديم هذه الخدمة تعزيزاً لدور البنك الرائد فى دعم الاقتصاد المصرى وخطة الدولة فى التحول الرقمى، كما يعد استكمالاً لنجاحات بنك مصر فى مجال تقديم المدفوعات الإلكترونية للخدمات الحكومية فى مختلف المجالات والتى تتواكب مع رؤية مصر 2030، وقال البنك إنه حقق نموا متميزا خلال عام 2022 بلغت 91% من إجمالى محفظة قبول المدفوعات الإلكترونية (نقاط البيع 79% والمواقع الإلكترونية 100% ورمز الاستجابة السريع 146%) حيث ارتفع عدد نقاط البيع إلى 440 ألف نقطة بيع، وأكثر من 2000 موقع إلكترونى وتطبيق هاتف، و1.5 مليون محفظة إلكترونية، وما يتخطى مليونى حركة رمز استجابة سريع.
ونوه البنك بأن له السبق فى توفير خدمات التحصيل الإلكترونى عن طريق رمز الاستجابة السريع QRCode ودعم التحول الرقمى من خلال توفير الحلول الإلكترونية للتسهيل على العملاء، بما يسهم بصورة أكبر فى تقديم الخدمات المصرفية والمالية بصورة ميسرة ومتطورة حيث توسع البنك فى تقديم عدد ضخم من الخدمات الرقمية لعملائه، حيث يسعى بنك مصر دائماً لتطوير خدمات البنك والتوجه نحو التوسع فى تقديم الخدمات من خلال القنوات الإلكترونية، والتى توفر الاستفادة القصوى من الخدمات باستخدام التكنولوجيا والأنظمة المؤمنة فى التعاملات البنكية.
وأكد البنك حرصه الدائم على المشاركة بفاعلية فى المبادرات التى تلبى احتياجات عملائه، حيث إن قيم واستراتيجيات عمل البنك تعكس دائماً التزامه بالتنمية المستدامة استكمالاً لدور بنك مصر الرائد فى دعم الاقتصاد المصرى.
