فلاورد تفوز بجائزتين في حفل جوائز المؤتمر السنوي لإدارة الموارد البشرية 2023

حازت فلاورد، الوجهة الأولى في مجال توصيل الورود والهدايا أونلاين في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والمملكة المتحدة، على جائزتي "أفضل مبادرة في تجربة الموظفين" و "أفضل استراتيجية للمكافآت والتقدير" في حفل جوائز المؤتمر السنوي لإدارة الموارد البشرية الذي أقيم يوم 9 من أكتوبر في فندق الريجنسي انتركونتننتال، في مملكة البحرين، وتحت رعاية سعادة السيد/ جميل بن محمد علي حميدان، وزير العمل.

قام بحضور الحفل واستلام الجائزة الرئيس التنفيذي للتشغيل في فلاورد، السيد/ محمد العريفي.

تم تقديم الجوائز في النسخة الـ 15 للمؤتمر السنوي لإدارة الموارد البشرية، وهو يعد المؤتمر الرائد في هذا المجال في الشرق الأوسط، حيث يجمع بين رواد الأعمال وعشاق التكنولوجيا لاستكشاف كيف ستشكل الموارد البشرية عالم الغد. وتعد جوائز الموارد البشرية هذه الأكثر اعتماداً في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، حيث تهدف لتكريم وعرض نشاطات الشركات، وأخصائي الموارد البشرية، ورواد الأعمال، ومختلف مقدمّي الخدمات ذات الصلة، عبر أكثر من 20 فئة من الجوائز.

وأول جائزة حازت عليها فلاورد هي جائزة "أفضل مبادرة في تجربة الموظفين"، وللنيل على هذه الجائزة، كان على الفائز إنشاء نهج فعّال ومستدام للتفاعل مع الموظفين، مع إظهار إثبات فعاليته في تحسين تجربة الموظفين في الشركة.

والجائزة الثانية التي حازت عليها فلاورد هي "" أفضل استراتيجية للمكافآت والتقدير"، حيث تم تكريم الفائز للامتياز والابتكار في مبادرات المكافئات والتقدير. وتم تقييم الفائزين بناءً على معايير مختلفة والتي تتضمن الابتكار في برنامج مبادرات المكافئات والتقدير فيما يخص المكافئات المالية، ومزايا الموظفين، وتأثير المكافآت والتقدير على إنتاجية الموظفين، بالإضافة إلى موائمة برنامج المكافآت والتقدير مع أهداف الشركة.

وأثبتت فلاورد جدارتها لنيل هذه الجائزة لكونها إحدى أولى الشركات التي استثمرت بثقافة بيئة العمل في المنطقة وذلك بتوفير إدارة مختصة ومهمتها الحرص على أن جميع الموظفين ينعمون بمكان عمل صحي واجتماعي في بيئة ودودة وإيجابية. وتسعى الشركة لتقديم أفضل تجربة عمل لموظفيها حيث أنها تتطور بشكل مستمر لتقدم نموذجاً لا مثيل له في المنطقة، مع ضمان تقدير الموظفين على جهودهم من خلال توفير المكافآت المادية والمعنوية.
