مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب تحصل على شهادة " EFQM" من المؤسسة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة

واصلت مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية تأكيد تميزها، وحصلت على شهادة EFQM من المؤسسة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة، عن كافة المبادرات الطبية الفريدة التي نفذتها خلال عام 2022، كأول مستشفى بالقطاعين العام والخاص يحصل على هذه الشهادة على مستوى المملكة.
وأعرب الاستاذ فيصل النصار الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة، عن سعادته وفخره بهذا الشهادة المرموقة، مضيفاً أنها تتويج للجهود الكبيرة والمستمرة التي تقوم بها المجموعة في مجال الرعاية الصحية، واعتماد ثقافة التطوير المستمر كممارسة يومية، وقدرتها على إدخال المزيد من التطوير والتحسين في أعمالها،

من أجل أن تكون مقدم الخدمات الطبية الأكثر موثوقية في التميز الطبي، وتجربة المرضى عالمياً، وتابع أن هذا النجاح أيضاً يعكس تجذر ثقافة التميز المؤسسى والجودة، والإدراك العميق لاحتياجات العملاء، والاستجابة لها، في سياق التناغم التام مع أهداف وبرامج واستراتيجيات الدولة، وعلى رأسها رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة.
وأشار أ. النصار أن هذا التتويج الذي جاء بعد اجتياز معايير نموذج التميز المؤسسي الأوروبي بنجاح، سيحفز المجموعة على مواكبة وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية للتميز، وصولاً للريادة والتفوق في نطاق عملها، والتعزيز المستمر لجودة خدماتها، وبلوغ مستهدفاتها.
وتُعد المنظمة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة منظمة غير ربحية، أُنشئت في بروكسل عام 1989م، وهي جهة عالمية مرموقة في تقييم التميز المؤسسي للجهات في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، وتعد مرجعاً عالمياً مهماً في هذا المجال، ومن أبرز الجهات التي التي حصلت على شهادة المؤسسة، مكتب تحقيق الرؤية بوزارة السياحة، والقيادة العامة لشرطة دبي، بالإضافة شركة "BMW" لصناعة السيارات والدراجات النارية.
الجدير بالذكر أن مجموعة د.سليمان الحبيب الطبية، حصدت العديد من الجوائز والاعتمادات الدولية والمحلية، أبرزها أفضل مقدم رعاية صحية في الشرق الأوسط شمال أفريقيا، وأكثر شركات القطاع الصحي ابتكاراً وفقًا لتقرير مجلة فوربس Forbes للعام 2022، إضافة إلى اعتماد من المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية CBAHI،
وشهادة اعتماد اللجنة الدولية المشتركة لجودة منشآت الرعاية الصحية JCI، وثلاث جوائز لتميزها في الملف الإلكتروني وتقنيات الأشعة التداخلية والعناية الحرجة عن بُعد من HIMSS، واعتماد الجمعية الأمريكية لعلم الأمراض CAP، وهو أعلى معيار عالمي في مجال المختبرات وبنوك الدم، كما حصلت على اعتراف دولي من ISO واعتماد المؤسسة الأمريكية للتميز SRC.
