الكشف وتوفير العلاج لـ 1700مواطن في قافة بمنشأة البديني ببني سويف

تابع الدكتور محمد هاني غنيم محافظ بنى سويف سير العمل في خطة القوافل الطبية العلاجية التي تنفذها وزارة الصحة بالمحافظة عن طريق إدارة القوافل العلاجية بالوزارة، وتنفذها مديرية الصحة، والتي تستهدف إيصال ودعم مستوى الخدمة الطبية الشاملة بالقرى والمناطق الأكثر احتياجا، مشيرا إلى أن هذه القوافل تأتى ضمن الجهود التي تنفذها الحكومة في إطار تنفيذ توجيهات القيادة السياسية بتقديم الرعاية الصحية وتوفير سبل العيش الكريم للفئات الأولى بالرعاية ضمن المبادرة الرئاسة "حياة كريمة".
جاء ذلك خلال مناقشته للتقرير الذي أعده"الدكتور محمد يوسف " وكيل وزارة الصحة، وتضمن الإشارة إلى قيام إدارة القوافل، بتنفيذ قافلة طبية"يومي الأربعاء والخميس الماضيين "بقرية منشأة البديني مركز اهناسيا، مكونة من8 عيادات في 7 تخصصات (الباطنة، الأطفال، النساء، الأسنان، الجلدية، تنظيم الأسرة) وضمن إجراءات وقائية، حيث تم الكشف على 1705مريضا وصرف العلاج لهم بالمجان، وإجراء 29 تحليل معمل دم، 26حالة معمل طفيليات، 10حالة أشعة واستصدار 7 قرارات للعلاج على نفقة الدولة وتحويل حالة للمستشفيات لاستكمال العلاج، موجات فوق صوتية 72حالة.
وتضمنت فعاليات القافلة عقد ندوات تثقيف صحي لعدد100مواطنا، عن كيفية الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية(الالتهاب الكبدي الفيروسي، فيروس كورونا، السعار، أنفلونزا الطيور، الطفيليات المعوية والبلهارسيا)، الأمراض غير المعدية (الضغط، السكر والسمنة)، أورام الصدر، تنظيم الأسرة، النظافة الشخصية ونظافة المنزل، التغذية السليمة للسيدة الحامل والطفل وكبار السن، ومتابعة الحمل وعلامات الخطورة)، فيما تم عمل فحوصات الكشف المبكر عن أمراض الضغط والسكر لـ 113 مواطنا.
من جهته أضاف وكيل الصحة إلى الدعم النوعي الذي تشهده تلك القوافل من الوزارة، والتي ينفذها فريق إشراف القوافل الطبية العلاجية بمديرية الصحة بقيادة الدكتور محمد خلف عبد الحميد منسـق القوافل العلاجية بالمديرية ومسئول الإمداد الطبي، طه كمال حجاج المسؤول المالي والإداري، عيد فرج مسئول معلومات القوافل، أحمد محمد عجمي مسئول إعداد موقع وتجهيز العيادات بالقوافل.

فيما سيناقش مؤتمر الغدد الصماء والسكري آخر المستجدات، والتوصيات العلمية في تشخيص وعلاج أمراض الغدد الصماء وهشاشة العظام ومرض السكري بأنواعه، واضطرابات الوزن السمنه وارتفاع الكولسترول والدهون في الدم، وارتباطها بأمراض القلب والشرايين، بالإضافة إلى ورش عمل عن مضخات الأنسولين، وفحص السكري.
