العرض الصحي بالدارالبيضاء يتعزز بقطب جامعي للطب النفسي

تعزز العرض الصحي بالعاصمة الاقتصادية بمركز جامعي للطب النفسي ( Eucalyptus) تابع للمستشفى الجامعي الدولي محمد السادس ببوسكورة، والذي افتتح مؤخرا من أجل تعزيز الجهود المتعلقة أساسا بمحاربة الإدمان.
في هذا الصدد، انعقدت أمس الثلاثاء بالدار البيضاء ندوة بمناسبة افتتاح هذا المركز ركزت على موضوع ” الصحة العقلية في صلب المنظومة الاستشفائية الجامعية: رهانات الرعاية والتكوين”، أكد خلالها أحمد بنانا المدير العام للمستشفى الجامعي الدولي محمد السادس ببوسكورة، أن هذا المركز للأمراض النفسية يندرج في إطار التوجيهات الملكية السامية المتعلقة بورش إصلاح المنظومة الصحية الوطنية، خاصة ما يهم مكون تنويع العرض الصحي.
وأشار إلى أن الأمر يتعلق بمركز للأمراض العقلية والنفسية وطب الإدمان”، مؤكدا أن هذه المؤسسة تأتي لتعزيز العرض الصحي في قطاع علاج الإدمان الذي ما يزال يعرف خصاصا.
من جانبها، أشارت رقية بنجلون أستاذة في الطب النفسي ومديرة المركز إلى أن هذه الندوة الافتتاحية تتزامن مع الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية.
وشددت البروفيسور بنجلون على أهمية إدخال مقاربة الصحة النفسية في مجال التكوين بالنسبة لجميع مهنيي الصحة من أجل السماح بالتشخيص السريع وتدبير أفضل للصحة العقلية للمرضى.
من جهتها، استعرضت الخنساء اليوسيفي أستاذة مساعدة في الطب النفسي بهذه الجامعة، اضطرابات تعاطي المواد ذات التأثير النفساني، وكذلك التطورات الجديدة في المواد المسببة للإدمان.
بينما تناول يوسف حسني الوزاني التهامي الأستاذ المساعد في الطب النفسي بجامعة UM6، المخاطر المتعلقة بالصحة العقلية لدى الأطفال والمراهقين، مؤكدا أن الأرقام على المستوى الوطني والدولي مثيرة للقلق، حيث إن من 10 إلى 20 في المائة من الأطفال والمراهقين يعانون من اضطرابات نفسية.
ويوفر هذا المركز علاجات ورعاية متطورة في مجال الصحة العقلية، وذلك وفق أحدث التطورات العلمية.
كما يعمل هذا المركز على تلبية عرض الرعاية الشاملة بشكل يستجيب لاحتياجات المرضى وضمان المراقبة المنتظمة والشخصية للمرضى، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للاحتياجات المحددة للأطفال والمراهقين، كما يقدم استشارات تتلاءم مع مختلف الأعمار . وتم تجهيز المركز بـ53 غرفة وجناح موزعة على ثلاثة طوابق، مما يضمن رعاية استشفائية كاملة تتلاءم مع الاحتياجات الفردية، فضلا عن خدمة الطوارئ طب النفسي على مستوى المركز، وبالتالي ضمان رعاية كاملة وسريعة للمرضى في حالات الأزمات.
يتكون الفريق الجامعي للمركز من أساتذة في الطب النفسي، وأطباء في الطب النفسي من ذوي الخبرة، والطب النفسي الأطفال، بالإضافة إلى متخصصين آخرين في مجال الصحة العقلية.

دشّنت وزارة الصحة مرحلة جديدة متطورة في وصف وصرف الأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة إلكترونيًا، والاستغناء التام عن الوصفة الورقية، وذلك من خلال منصة وطنية للوصف والصرف والرقابة على الأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة. يأتي ذلك في إطار التحول الرقمي ضمن برنامج التحول الصحي، حيث تعمل المنصة على حوكمة الوصف والصرف السليم للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية في جميع المنشآت الصحية "الخاصة والحكومية" على مستوى المملكة. ويمكن من خلال هذا النظام الإلكتروني، المراقبة والمتابعة للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة بشكل منظّم بما يزيد من السلامة الدوائية لمستخدميها، كما يمكن للمستفيد من هذه الوصفات الإلكترونية الوصول إليها إلكترونيًا، وتحميلها عبر تطبيق "صحتي" بصيغة PDF؛ مما يؤدي إلى تعزيز التنسيق الرقابي في المنشآت الصحية على مستوى الوطن. وتتميز الوصفة الإلكترونية للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة بتمكين الممارسين الصحيين من الاطلاع على تاريخ الوصفات الطبية للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة وجميع البيانات الخاصة بها، إضافة إلى الوصف والصرف بين المنشآت المختلفة، كما تتيح تتبع صرف هذا النوع من الأدوية عبر الصيدليات المرخّص لها بصرفها، سواءً الحكومية أو المجتمعية، أو الخاصة، والربط الإلكتروني بين المنشآت الصحية كافة بما يحقق التكامل في تطبيق صحي موحد. ويأتي التحول من النظام الورقي إلى نظام إلكتروني موحد، ضمن جهود وزارة الصحة نحو التحول الرقمي تحت إطار برنامج التحول الصحي، وذلك للإسهام في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية على مستوى المملكة.
