رئيس مجلس إدارة بنك البلاد يدشن باكورة فروع الجيل الجديد

افتتح رئيس مجلس إدارة بنك البلاد الأستاذ ناصر السبيعي باكورة فروع الجيل الجديد للبنك في حي الحمراء بالرياض والذي يسعى من خلاله البنك إلى تطوير التجربة المصرفية لعملائه ومواكبة أحدث التطورات التقنية العالمية، وذلك كنواة لسلسلة جديدة من فروع الجيل الجديد ستمتد على خارطة تواجد البنك في جميع مناطق المملكة.

 
وأشار السبيعي إلى أن هذه الخطوة تأتي تجسيداً لتوجّه البنك الإستراتيجي الهادف إلى تقديم أفضل الخدمات لعملائه لتسهيل الحصول على منتجاته والوصول لمختلف شرائح العملاء حيثما كانوا في كافة أنحاء المملكة، كما يتماشى مع جهوده المستمرة لتوسيع الرقعة الجغرافية لشبكة فروعه، وألمح أن "بنك البلاد لديه خطط مستقبلية تهدف إلى افتتاح المزيد من الجيل الجديد لفروعه النموذجية في مختلف مدن ومحافظات المملكة".
من جانبه، أكّد عبدالعزيز العنيزان الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك البلاد في كلمته أثناء حفل الافتتاح أن "تدشين الجيل الجديد من فروع البلاد النموذجية ينطلق من جهود البنك المستمرة للارتقاء بخدماته، وزيادة تواجده في قطاع صناعة الخدمات المالية في المملكة، ومواكبته لتطلعات العملاء الراغبين في الاستفادة من خدماته المتنوعة التي تلبي كافة الاحتياجات المصرفية"، مبيناً أن هذا الجيل من فروع البلاد يُعد بمثابة نقلة نوعية في مصرفية الأفراد وتثري التجربة المصرفية للعملاء اضافة إلى الخدمات التقنية المتقدّمة التي يقدّمها البنك لعملائه عبر الوسائل الحديثة.
 
واعتبر الجيل الجديد خطوة في إنجازات البنك على صعيد تنوع الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة لقطاع الأفراد، مؤكّداً أن التقنية المصرفية وبيئة العمل في فروع الجيل الجديد تقدم نقلة كبيرة في مستوى الراحة والخدمة، وهذا من شأنه أن يعطي موظفي الفروع مجالاً أوسع لخدمة العملاء بجودة عالية.
 
وأشار العنيزان إلى أن إطلاق هذه الفروع المتطورة والمدعومة بأحدث التقنيات التكنولوجية سيغير بشكل أساسي التجربة المصرفية لعملاء البنوك وسيعكس إستراتيجية البنك المنسجمة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 في توفير أحدث الخدمات العالمية وتقديمها في السوق مما يؤكد ريادة بنك البلاد في القطاع المصرفي.
 
وقال: «إن الجيل الجديد من فروع البلاد النموذجية فروع ذكية ذات تقنيات عالية تساهم في الحفاظ على البيئة وتخفض الانبعاث الكربوني، وثمّن تواجد فخر الصناعة السعودية لوسيد "شريك النجاح" لاستعراض خدمة شحن السيارات الكهربائية ضمن مصادر الطاقة النظيفة والمتجددة التي تقدّمها الجيل الجديد من فروع البلاد النموذجية للعملاء ومستخدمي السيارات الكهربائية. واضاف بأن مزايا الفرع الجديد تعكس توجه البنك لخدمة أفضل عبر التصميم العصري والتقنية الحديثة، مشيراً إلى أن  هذه الفروع تخدم شريحة كبيرة من عملاء البنك لوجودها في مواقع إستراتيجية بهدف الوصول إلى العملاء في جميع المواقع داخل المدن، وفي مختلف المناطق والمحافظات والقرى النائية.
 
وتستهدف فروع الجيل الجديد تقديم نموذج متميز يوفر سبل الراحة وتجربة متكاملة للعملاء، بالإضافة إلى أفضل المعايير الأمنية المتوافقة مع متطلبات البنك المركزي السعودي. ويتميّز تصميم الجيل الجديد من الداخل بالمنطقة المفتوحة إذ أزيلت الحواجز التي بين الصرافين وبين العملاء، مما يعكس حفاوة أكبر للعملاء ويعزّز مبدأ التواصل بكل يسر وسهولة. ومن الخارج روعي جمال التصميم وتوفير شواحن تقدّم خدماتها للسيارات الكهربائية خلال 24 ساعة وعلى امتداد أيام الأسبوع، اضافة إلى زيادة مواقف سيارات العملاء تحت الأرض لاستيعاب أكبر عدد منهم ومنح جانب من الخصوصية لهم.
 
الجدير بالذكر أن الجيل الجديد من فروع البلاد النموذجية يضم شاشات عرض تقنية متطورة تستعرض أحدث المنتجات المصرفية والخدمات المقدمة. وقد حرص البنك على استخدام الجيل الجديد من أجهزة الصراف الآلي والتي توفر كافة الخدمات المتقدمة والعمليات المصرفية. ويتكون الجيل الجديد من عدة أقسام رئيسة تشمل قسماً مجهزاً بالخدمات الإلكترونية وأجهزة الصراف الآلية وقسم استقبال العملاء، كذلك توفير خدمة الصراف الخارجي بطريقة عصرية عبر ممر للسيارات، وخدمة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لتسهيل وصولهم إلى كافة أقسام الفرع، وقسم تم تخصيصه لخدمة عملاء التميز حيث جُهِّز بكل ما تحتاجه هذه الشريحة من خدمات ومنتجات. كما خصّص البنك قسماً خاصاً بخدمة العملاء الأفراد للرجال والسيدات، والذي جُهَّز بأحدث وسائل العرض والخدمة الأمر الذي يعطي الفرع في شكله الجديد مرونة كبيرة للتعامل مع الشرائح المختلفة من العملاء بكل يسر وسهولة.
