17 معياراً لتقييم «مراكز اللياقة البدنية» في دبي

أنهى مجلس دبي الرياضي الزيارات الميدانية وبدأت عملية التقييم لجميع مراكز اللياقة البدنية في دبي، وذلك لمنح المراكز عدد من النجوم التي تتناسب مع النقاط التي حصل عليها كل مركز في إطار تقييم مستوى الخدمات وجودة العمل وفق المتطلبات والمعايير، التي أعلنها مجلس دبي الرياضي ضمن «نظام تصنيف مراكز اللياقة البدنية في دبي».
وسيتم خلال المرحلة المقبلة، الإعلان عن نتائج التصنيف والمراكز الحاصلة على 5 نجوم من أجل تكريمها في احتفالية خاصة بهذه المناسبة، كما سيتم الإعلان عن تصنيف بقية المراكز التي حصلت على 4 نجوم فما دون.
وكان مجلس دبي الرياضي قد وضع التصنيف الأول من نوعه في العالم، الذي أنجزه المجلس بالتعاون مع خبراء دوليين في اللياقة البدنية وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجال أندية اللياقة البدنية والطب الرياضي، بهدف تعزيز الاحترافية في صناعة اللياقة البدنية ورفع جودة خدمات مراكز اللياقة البدنية بدبي.
وتشمل عملية التقييم 17 معياراً تتعلق بجميع جوانب العمل في مراكز اللياقة البدنية يتصدرها معيار التوعية بأخطار المنشطات وجهود مراكز اللياقة في مكافحة المنشطات والتوعية بأخطارها، حيث أكد مجلس دبي الرياضي في مخاطباته الرسمية لمراكز اللياقة البدنية في دبي وزياراته الميدانية لها، وكذلك في دليل تصنيف المراكز على أن جهود المراكز في التوعية بأخطار المنشطات ومكافحتها ومنع استخدامها يمثل أهم معايير اختيار المراكز المؤهلة للترشح للحصول على تصنيف 5 نجوم.
وتشمل معايير التصنيف أيضاً جودة وتميز المنشأة وجودة الأجهزة المستخدمة وتنوعها ومستوى الإدارة والكوادر التدريبية المؤهلة العاملة في المراكز ونسبة المتدربين إلى كل مدرب وكذلك جودة الخدمات وتوفر كل ما يحتاجه المتدرب من عناصر الرعاية والتغذية الصحية، وغيرها الكثير، حيث يضم نظام التصنيف 82 مؤشراً فرعياً ترتبط بالمعايير السبعة عشر القياسية والتي يتم من خلالهم تقييم جميع مراكز اللياقة البدنية في دبي من قبل فرق عمل متخصصة ومؤهلة.
ويعمل المجلس مع الجهات الحكومية المختصة على تطبيق معايير جودة العمل والخدمات، التي تقدم إلى المتدربين من مختلف الأعمار وفئات المجتمع بما يضمن سلامة المتدربين ويحافظ عليهم ويجعل مراكز تدريب اللياقة البدنية مراكز للنشاط والحيوية والصحة والسعادة وأيضاً مراكز لنشر الوعي بفوائد التغذية الصحية السليمة والبناء الصحيح للجسم السليم ومكافحة المنشطات التي تلحق الضرر بالمتدربين وتهدد حياتهم بالخطر. أخبار ذات صلة
