انطلاق معرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري" بنسخته الجديدة نهاية أكتوبر الجاري

تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز، أمير المنطقة الشرقية، ينطلق الحدث العقاري الأكبر سنويًّا في المنطقة، معرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري" لِعام 2023، والمُقرَّر عقده من 31 أكتوبر الجاري ولغاية 3 نوفمبر القادم، في معارض الظهران الدولية "الظهران إكسبو"؛ بدعم وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان والهيئة العامة للعقار.

وبمشاركة عددٍ من الشركات العاملة في المنظومة الإسكانية، والعقارية، والتمويل في القطاعَين العام والخاص، وذلك لِاستعرض أعمالهم في أبرز معرض عقاري وإسكاني على مستوى المنطقةالشرقية؛ منذ 29 سنة مضت.

من جانبه، أبدى الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "رامتان لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات" - الشركة المنظمة لمعارض "ريستاتكس العقارية"- محمد حسين الفراج، اعتزازه بِثقة وتشريف صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز، أمير المنطقة الشرقية للمعرض، وحرصه على رعاية هذا الحدث العقاري الممتد لأكثر من 29 سنة، كما أثنى "الفراج" على دعم ومشاركة "وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان"والهيئة العامة للعقار،

ومساندة "غرفة الشرقية" التي تُعَدُّ شريكًا إستراتيجيًّا وداعمًا لِلمعرض بِمنتديات ووِرش عملٍ استرشادية، وذات محاوِر مُثرية، روعي فيها إدراج التوجّهات العامة التي تُسهم في تحقيق غايات القطاعَين العام والخاص؛ لِتعزيز المشهد العقاري والإسكاني بِالمملكة، ومُقدمًا امتنانه وتقديره للِجهات المشاركة في نُسخ المعارض السالفة طوال الـ 29 عامًا الماضية؛ حيث تضافرت فيها الجهود والرُّؤى، فغدت "معارض ريستاتكس العقارية" من أكبر وأهم الملتقيات العقارية والتمويلية في المملكة.

وواصل "الفراج": "نفخر باستضافتنا قادة القطاع العقاري من القطاعَين العام والخاص في النسخة الجديدة للمعرض بالمنطقة الشرقية، والذين يرتكزون في أعمالهم على مواكبة طموحات المملكة في الارتقاء بالحلول الإسكانية؛ لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية 2030 .
