تتابع المملكة العربية السعودية عن كثب تطورات الأوضاع غير المسبوقة بين عددٍ من الفصائل الفلسطينية وقوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي، مما نتج عنها ارتفاع مستوى العنف الدائر في عدد من الجبهات هناك.
وتدعو المملكة للوقف الفوري للتصعيد بين الجانبين، وحماية المدنيين، وضبط النفس.

وتذكر المملكة بتحذيراتها المتكررة من مخاطر انفجار الأوضاع نتيجة استمرار الاحتلال وحرمان الشعب الفلسطيني من حقوقه المشروعة وتكرار الاستفزازات الممنهجة ضد مقدساته.

وتجدد المملكة دعوة المجتمع الدولي للاضطلاع بمسؤولياته وتفعيل عملية سلمية ذات مصداقية تفضي إلى حل الدولتين بما يحقق الأمن والسلم في المنطقة وبحمي المدنيين.
