الفجيرة للمواردالطبيعية تناقش دور المرأة في صناعة التعدين

الفجيرة في 6 أكتوبر/ وام/ ناقشت مؤسسة الفجيرة للموارد الطبيعية دور المرأة في صناعة التعدين خلال جلسة حوارية نظمتها بالتعاون مع مجلس الفجيرة للشباب، بهدف زيادة الوعي حول أهمية دور المرأة في المجالات الحيوية لاسيما في قطاع التعدين، انطلاقاً من استراتيجية المؤسسة وحرصها على تعزيز دور المرأة في ميادين العمل كعنصر فاعل في عملية التنمية والتطوير التي تشهدها الدولة.
شارك في الورشة أكثر من 25 منتسبة من المنشآت التعدينية في إمارة الفجيرة، وعدد من طالبات الجامعات، ومن المسؤولين الحكوميين.
و تناولت محاور عديدة أبرزها، الأدوار التي تلعبها المرأة في قطاع التعدين في الوقت الحالي والفرص التي تُمكّنها من الاستفادة منها في هذا القطاع الحيوي، كما استعرضت الورشة جهود القيادة الرشيدة وسعي المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة لتحفيز المرأة في القطاع التعديني.
وقال سعادة المهندس محمد سيف الأفخم رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الفجيرة للموارد الطبيعية، إنه بفضل توجيهات القيادة الرشيدة في دولة الإمارات، أصبح للمرأة دور مؤثر وفاعل في تخطيط وتنفيذ التوجهات والرؤى المستقبلية في كثير من القطاعات الهامة التي من أبرزها القطاع التعديني، مشيداً بأهمية تنظيم مثل هذه الحوارات التي من شأنها تعزيز دور المرأة وتقديرها وتمكينها من المشاركة الفاعلة في بناء مستقبل هذا القطاع الهام.
من جانبه أكد سعادة المهندس علي قاسم المدير العام لمؤسسة الفجيرة للموارد الطبيعية أن مسيرة المرأة في التعدين حافلة بالنجاحات والانجازات، وأن المؤسسة تسعى جاهدة لدعم قدرات المرأة في صناعة التعدين عبر العديد من الجوانب كالمشاركة والتدريب والتأهيل وتوفير الفرص والموارد، لتأهيل قيادات شبابية تقود القطاع التعديني في الفجيرة نحو الريادة والتميز.
