سمو أمير منطقة القصيم يدشن أولى مشاريع الوطنية للإسكان في المنطقة

دشن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الدكتور فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبد العزيز أمير منطقة القصيم، اليوم الخميس 20 ربيع الأول 1445 هـ، مشروع أزيان بريدة، أول مشاريع الشركة الوطنية للإسكان "NHC " في منطقة القصيم، بالشراكة مع شركة بن جارالله للتجارة والمقاولات، وذلك بهدف ضخ المزيد من المشاريع السكنية ذات التطوير الشامل في أغلب مناطق المملكة لتلبية الطلب المتزايد على الوحدات السكنية والإسهام في زيادة تملكها للمسكن.

ويتكون المشروع الجديد من 185 وحدة سكنية من نوع "فيلا" على مساحة إجمالية تقدر بـأكثر من 59,906 ألف م2، تتراوح ما بين 289متر مربع إلى 346 متر مربع، بأسعار تبدأ من 794,800 ريال، صُممت وفق أسلوب هندسي عصري ممزوج بجماليات التراث العمراني الأصلي، لتحقق نمط حياة مميز في بيئة حيوية متكاملة، مما يمنح المستفيدين نطاق عريض من المنتجات عالية الخصوصية لتتناسب مع طبيعة الأسرة السعودية.

وأضاف د. دحدولي أن الفريق الطبي أجرى جراحة للمراجعة تم فيها استبدال مفصل الركبة بآخر مخصص لحالات الأورام والمفاصل المعقدة، ومن ثم إزالة الجزء السفلي المكسور من عظمة الفخذ والاستعاضة عنه بقضيب معدني، واستمر التدخل الطبي قرابة الـ "3" ساعات ومضى بسلاسة، وتكللت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقلت المراجعة إلى غرفة التنويم بمؤشرات حيوية مستقرة، وتحسنت حالتها وتمكنت من المشي في اليوم التالي، واستمر تحسنها مع العناية الطبية الحثيثة والعلاج الطبيعي قبل أن تغادر المستشفى بعد عدة أيام من الجراحة.
