العاصمة تترقب طرح "أدير العقارية" لأراضي وعقارات "تيجان" النموذجية للبيع في مزاد علني

يترقب السوق العقاري في العاصمة الرياض طرح "أدير العقارية" لأراضي وعقارات مشروع "تيجان" للبيع في مزاد علني. وقد أعلنت الشركة اليوم أن موعد المزاد سيكون في يوم الأربعاء 18أكتوبر 2023م، في قاعة ويأتي هذا المزاد في ظل انتعاش عقاري واضح، وحركة اقتصادية كُبرى تشهدها العاصمة، حيث تتسارع المشاريع العقارية بمختلف أنواعها لتحقق حُلم الرياض في أن تكون واحدة من أهم مدن العالم في جودة الحياة مع الحلول العام 2030.
من جانبه قال سليمان الحربي، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية" إلى أن مشروع "تيجان" يعتبر درة مشاريع الشركة في العاصمة، نظرًا لتوفيره عددًا مميزًا من الفرص العقارية النادرة التي تتبوأ أبرز المواقع الاستراتيجية لتنطلق منها أهم المشروعات العقارية والاستثمارية الناجحة.
وبيَّن الحربي، أن مشروع "تيجان" يوفر للمستثمرين 11 فرصة استثنائية، من ضمنها 6 فرص لأراضِ نموذجية (متعددة الاستخدامات) مطورة مخدومة بالكامل وجاهزة للبناء والتأسيس فورًا في حي الحمراء.، و5 فرص نادرة عبارة عن عقارات قائمة جاهزة للاستثمار الفوري في مختلف المجالات السكنية والتجارية تتمركز في أهم أحياء العاصمة، وأكثرها حيوية: (الحمراء، المربع، ، المحمدية، الزهراء، الضباط)، حيث الكثافة
السكانية المرتفعة، والطلب المتزايد على السكن فيها لقربها من مركز المدينة، ومقرات كُبرى الشركات والمؤسسات الوطنية والعالمية، وعلى مقربة من أبرز معالم العاصمة الرئيسية.
وأكد الحربي، أن مشروع "تيجان" يعتبر حلمًا لكل مستثمر، ومكانًا مثاليًا لإطلاق المشروعات السكنية والتجارية متعددة الاستخدام، التي تتمتع بمواقع استراتيجية هامة في قلب الرياض، التي تستعد لتكون واحدة من أكبر عشر مدن اقتصادية في العالم، بفضل الخطط الاستراتيجية لحكومة المملكة التي حولت العاصمة إلى ساحة عمل مفتوحة لعدد من المشاريع الكُبرى في قطاعات السياحة والترفيه والثقافة والقطاع السكني، التي ستساهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة، وتجعل من الرياض بيئة مثالية للسكن والعيش والاستقرار فيها، ووجهة جاذبة للاستثمارات الوطنية والعالمية، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
