مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يعيد كفاءة النظر لخمسيني بعد معاناة استمرت 4 سنوات

بفضل من الله تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، وعبر فريق طبي متخصص في جراحات العيون، بإجراء عملية جراحية متقدمة لزراعة عدسة متطورة بالعين اليسرى، لمريض يبلغ من العمر 56 عاماً، يعاني منذ 4 سنوات من ضُعف حاد بالنظر، وعدم وضوح بالرؤية للمسافات القريبة وصعوبة تمييز الأشياء من حوله.

ذكر ذلك الدكتور نايف السليماني استشاري طب وجراحة العيون رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، والذي أضاف بأنه فور وصول المريض تم الإطلاع على تاريخه المرضي، وإجراء الفحص الاكلينيكي الأولي، واتضح أنه اجرى سابقاً عملية زراعة عدسة بمستشفى آخر، ولم يحقق هذا الإجراء النتائج المرجوة منه، وعليه تم إخضاعه لعدداً من الفحوصات الطبية المتقدمة، والتي شملت تقنيات الالتراساوند وكذلك التصوير الطبقي المتطور لشبكية العين.

وقد أبانت النتائج وجود ضعف حاد بالنظر في العين اليسرى وأن نسبة الرؤية فيها لا تتجاوز الــ 10%، مشيراً إلى أنه بعد دراسة كافة النتائج تم وضع خطة علاجية تقتضي التدخل الطبي عبر زراعة عدسة متطورة بالعين أعلى العدسة المزروعة سابقاً وبطريقة دقيقة جداً ، وذلك لإعادة كفاءة النظر وعمل توازن بالرؤية بين المسافات القريبة والبعيدة.

وقال الدكتور السليماني أن العملية استغرقت 10 دقائق فقط ، دون اللجوء للتخدير الكلي أو الموضعي ، حيث تم إعطائه قطرات للعين فقط، وبعدها بدأ الإجراء بتركيب العدسة الجديدة. وقد تكللت العلمية بالنجاح ولله الحمد، إذ تم تنويم المريض عدة ساعات فقط وعاد لمنزلة في نفس اليوم وهو بصحة جيدة، بعد أن أثبتت نتائج الفحوصات تحسن النظر بنسبة 100% ، وتمكن المريض من الرؤية للمسافات القريبة والبعيدة بصورة طبيعية ولله الحمد.
