حلوان تنظم المؤتمر العلمي لطلاب كليات الحقوق بالجامعات المصرية

أعلنت كلية الحقوق جامعة حلوان، إقامة المؤتمر العلمي لطلاب كليات الحقوق بالجامعات المصرية، تحت عنوان “مكافحة الفساد والتكنولوجيا الحديثة”، وذلك تحت رعاية الدكتور السيد قنديل رئيس الجامعة، ورئيس المؤتمر الدكتورة أمل لطفي عميد الكلية، ومقرر المؤتمر الدكتور أحمد عبد اللاه وكيل الكلية لشئون التعليم والطلاب، وتنطلق فعاليات المؤتمر الخميس 28 فبراير 2024، وترسل أبحاث الطلاب على الايميل التالي elmktba_law@yahoo.
وتناقش محاور المؤتمر العديد من الموضوعات منها اهمية مكافحة الفساد، مفهومه، وأشكاله، كما يتم تسليط الضوء على تأثيرات الفساد السلبية على المجتمع والاقتصاد، أهمية وجود نظام قانوني فعال لمكافحة الفساد والحد من آثاره، والإجراءات القانونية والقضائية لمكافحة الفساد، ودور النظام القضائي في مكافحة الفساد وتطبيق القوانين الإجرائية المدنية ذات الصلة، كما يناقش المؤتمر التحقيق والعقوبات في قضايا الفساد، وأهمية دور المحققين في جمع الأدلة وإجراء التحقيقات اللازمة في قضايا، وأهمية حماية المحققين أثناء أداء مهامهم، وشرح إجراءات المحاكمة في قضايا الفساد وضمان سرعة العدالة، وكذلك استعراض أنواع العقوبات المتاحة للقضايا المرتبطة بالفساد.
ويتضمن المؤتمر أيضا شرح التعاون الدولي في مكافحة الفساد، وأهمية التعاون الدولي وتبادل المعلومات والخبرات، الآليات الدولية المتاحة لتعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة الفساد، دور مكافحة الفساد في التنمية الاقتصادية، تأثير الفساد على التنمية الاقتصادية والاستثمارات، استعراض الأدوات والسياسات الضرورية لتعزيز النزاهة والشفافية في القطاع العام والخاص، وتوضيح أهمية التوعية والتثقيف بشأن مكافحة الفساد، وتوضيح دور المجتمع المدني ووسائل الإعلام في نشر الوعي بمشكلة الفساد
وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية في مكافحته، وأيضا يتناول مناقشة التحديات والتطورات الحديثة في مكافحة الفساد.
وأعلنت كلية الحقوق عن شروط المشاركة في المؤتمر وهي :
- الاشتراك خاص بطلاب كليات الحقوق بالجامعات المصرية (مجانا).
- تناول البحث لأحد الموضوعات التي تندرج ضمن محاور المؤتمر
- أصالة البحث، بحيث لم يسبق نشره ورقياً أم إلكترونياً، أو تقديمه لأي جهة أخرى محلية أم خارجية، ولا تتعدى النسبة الاقتباس من المراجع العلمية 20%
- تحري الباحث الجدة والعمق في موضوعه، وإتباع منهجية البحث العلمي في الكتابة، بما يقتضيه من الدقة. والأمانة والموضوعية والتوثيق الكامل والإبداع
- مساهمة البحث في وضع حلول تشريعية للموضوع الذي يتناوله بقدر الإمكان
- الإلتزام بالمواعيد المحددة لتقديم الملخصات والأبحاث وإجراء التعديلات
- التزام أصحاب البحوث المقبولة بإجراء التعديلات التي تقترحها اللجنة العلمية.
- تقبل الأبحاث باللغتين العربية أو الإنجليزية و لا تقبل الأبحاث المشتركة التي يزيد عدد الباحثين فيها عن إثنين
- ألا يتجاوز البحث عن 20 أو (30) صفحة حجم (A4) شاملة جميع المراجع والملاحق والأشكال التوضيحية والجداول والرسومات والفهرس.
- إعداد البحث وفقاً للخط المعروف بـ Simplified Arabic ، مع تباعد الأسطر بعد (1.5 lines)، ويكون حجم الخط في المتن (14)، بينما في الهوامش (12) وفي العناوين (16)، وتكتب العناوين بالبنط العريض
- تقبل ملخصات الأبحاث في الفترة من 2023/11/01 حتى 2023/11/30

داخل أسواق العمل، للوصول إلى رؤى عملية تمكن أصحاب المصلحة من الاستجابة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها سوق العمل، وتوفير حلول مبتكرة تجذب أفضل المواهب، وتقدم معايير عالمية للتميز في سوق العمل، على الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي.
