إنقاذ حياة سيدة وجنينها نتيجة ورم دماغي بمستشفى الملك فهد

تمكن فريق طبي متخصص بمستشفى الملك فهد، عضو تجمع المدينة المنورة الصحي، من إنقاذ حياة حامل في العقد الرابع من عمرها وجنينها، حيث فقدت وعيها نتيجة استسقاء دماغي حاد.
وأوضح التجمع الصحي أن طوارئ مستشفى الملك فهد استقبلت الحالة عن طريق الإسعاف الجوي بعد نقلها من إحدى المحافظات التابعة إدارياً لمنطقة المدينة المنورة كونها حالة إنقاذ حياة، حيث وصلت السيدة وهي فاقدة الوعي وحامل في الشهر الثالث، وعلى الفور تم إجراء الأشعة المقطعية والفحوصات الدموية الإسعافية التي أظهرت وجود ورم على حساب المخيخ في الحفرة الخلفية للجمجمة ضاغط على جذع المخ مما أدى إلى حالة استسقاء دماغي حاد.
وأشار إلى أن الفريق الطبي قرر العمل الجراحي على مرحلتين، تضمنت المرحلة الأولى وضع جهاز داخل الدماغ لتصريف الاستسقاء الدماغي وتحويلها للعناية المركزة حتى تحسنت حالتها تدريجياً، لافتاً إلى أنه بسبب حالة المريضة وحملها في الشهر الثالث كانت الفحوصات والأشعة محدودة للحفاظ على سلامة الجنين.
وأكد التجمع الصحي أنه تم تحويل المريضة للعمليات وإجراء تخدير يناسب الحالة بما لا يؤثر على سلامة الجنين، حيث تم استئصال الورم الدماغي في الحفرة الخلفية في عملية جراحية استغرقت 5 ساعات، تكللت بالنجاح ولله الحمد.
وبين أنه بعد التأكد من سلامة المريضة وزوال الضغط على جذع المخ نتيجة الورم الحميد، خرجت المريضة بكامل وعيها، وبحمل سليم، بدون أي عجز عصبي بالأطراف.
يُذكر أن مستشفى الملك فهد، استقبل 61493 مستفيداً خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري 2023م.
