في شهر التوعية به.. متى يجب الكشف عن سرطان الثدي؟

أوضّح مستشفى النور التخصصي في شهر التوعية بمخاطر سرطان الثدي الأعمار التي يجب عليها الالتزام بالفحص الدوري للكشف عنه.
الكشف المبكر عن سرطان الثدي
وقالت مستشفى النور التخصصي في انفوجراف توضيحي نشرته عبر حسابها الرسمي على موقع "تويتر"عند بلوغ سن الأربعين يصبح تصوير الثدي بالماموجرام ضروريًا كل عامين.
وأضافت موضّحة أن هناك بعض الحالات التي يجب عليها إجراء فحص دوري في سن الـ30 وتلك الحالات هي:
- وجود تاريخ عائلي للإصابة أو الإصابة السابقة بسرطان الثدي.
- التعرض لمعالجة إشعاعية بشكل عام في عمر صغير.
- وجود إصابة بسرطان الثدي من الأقارب بالدرجة الأولى.
أعراض سرطان الثديوهناك مجموعة من الأعراض التي تشير إلى الإصابة بسرطان الثدي ومنها:
- تكتل أو تصلب الثدي
- تغير شكل وحجم الثدي
- تغير لون جلد الثدي أو الحلمة
ويوجد أعراض أخرى تدلّ على الإصابة بسرطان الثدي مثل، ألم بالثدي غير المبرر ومن دون سبب واضح مثل اقتراب الدورة الشهرة أو غيرها من الأسباب الشائعة، وكذلك ظهور أوردة بارزة فجأة في الثدي، أو نزول إفرازات من الحلمات على الرغم من عدم الإرضاع، وقد تكون الإفرازات مصحوبة بدم.

- العوامل الهرمونية
- التدخين وشرب الكحول
- قلة الحركة والسمنة

وأضافت : اتاحت مؤسسة الامير محمد بن فهد للأطفال المصابين بالسرطان من خلال برنامج بسمة حياة ممارسة الطفل حياته بشكل اقرب للطبيعي خلال فترات العلاج المتطلبة للتنويم باستخدام القاعة الترفيهية داخل قسم أورام الأطفال بمستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي .
من جانبها ذكرت مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية : أن المؤسسة حريصة على تهيئة البيئة المناسبة للرحلة العلاجية للأطفال محاربي مرض السرطان.
وأضافت : مبادرة برنامج "بسمة حياة" تعتبر من أهم المبادرات التي تقدم خدمات لهذه الفئة وأسرهم، كما أن البرنامج يندرج ضمن استراتيجية المؤسسة، ومبادراتها؛ بهدف رعاية مرضى السرطان من الأطفال من خلال طرح برامج وخدمات اجتماعية متكاملة، الرامية إلى تثقيفهم وتوعيتهم وتثقيف وتوعية أسرهم بتداعيات المرض وطرق مواجهته، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج ترفيهية مصاحبة.
يذكر أن برنامج "بسمة حياة" أحد برامج مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد العالمية، انطلق عام 2017م ضمن مبادرات المؤسسة التي تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات اجتماعية مساندة لمرضى السرطان من الأطفال وأسرهم، ودعم البرامج والأنشطة التوعوية والوقائية، وقام البرنامج بتجهيز القاعات الترفيهية للأطفال المصابين بالأورام بعدد من بالمستشفيات بالدمام والرياض وجمهورية مصر العربية ، كما تعتزم المؤسسة التوسع في انشاء قاعات للأطفال مرضى السرطان في عدد من المستشفيات.
