باسيل أمام الهيئات الإقتصادية في البقاع الأوسط وزحلة: مع اللامركزية الادارية ستتمكن كل منطقة أن تأخذ دورها ووظيفتها الاقتصادية

شدد رئيس "التيار الوطني الحر" النائب جبران باسيل، على "أهمية إقرار اللامركزية الإدارية والصندوق الإئتماني لما لهما من إيجابيات في تطوير المناطق اللبنانية كي تتمكن من مواكبة التطور والتنافس نحو الأفضل من دون تكبيلها بالعودة إلى السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية".
ولفت، أمام الهيئات الإقتصادية في البقاع الأوسط وزحلة التي التقاها في فندق بارك أوتيل شتورة، إلى أن "التعاون مهم جدا بين القطاعين العام والخاص".
ورأى باسيل أن "مع اللامركزية الادارية، ستتمكن كل منطقة أن تأخذ دورها ووظيفتها الاقتصادية بحسب طبيعتها"، معتبرا أن للامركزية الادارية مميزات عدة".
وكان نائب رئيس غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في زحلة منير التيني قد سجل سلسلة من المطالب في مستهل الجلسة الحوارية التي أدارها الصحافي والإعلامي ميشال أبو نجم، أولها بإنشاء منطقة اقتصادية حرة في قضاء زحلة تستقطب الشركات التجارية العالمية وتكون قريبة من الحدود السورية والتي ستلعب دورا مهما في ورشة إعادة إعمار سوريا. ثانيا: إعادة تشغيل سكة الحديد لربط مرفأ بيروت بالبقاع والمنطقة الحرة وسوريا وصولا إلى الخليج على قاعدة ال BOT، ثالثا قانون يسمح بتشغيل مطار رياق كمطار رديف لمطار بيروت،.
كما شكر التيني مساعي الوزير باسيل لإعادة تأهيل سوق البلاط وتأمين التمويل اللازم من الجهات المانحة، متمنيا على بلدية زحلة "اقتناص هذه الفرصة".
وخلال جولته في زحلة، اجتمع باسيل بمطارنة زحلة في مطرانية زحلة للروم الكاثوليك، حيث التقى راعي ابرشية زحلة المارونية المطران جوزيف معوض، راعي ابرشية زحلة وبعلبك وتوابعهما للروم الارثوذوكس المتروبوليت انطونيوس الصوري، راعي ابرشية السريان الارثوذوكس المطران بولس سفر، راعي ابرشية الفرزل وزحلة والبقاع المطران ابراهيم ابراهيم.

يهدف المجمع الى إيجاد فرص استثمارية مثالية للقطاع الخاص والمشاركة في تطوير قطاعات واعدة في المملكة، والتي من شأنها المساهمة بأكثر من 92 مليار ريال في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي غير النفطي بحلول عام 2035، وتحقيق أثر إيجابي على ميزان المدفوعات، مع استحداث فرص وظيفة مباشرة وغير مباشرة، ودعم الصناعة المحلية، وزيادة صادرات المملكة إقليميًا وعالميًا، بما ينعكس إيجابيًا على ميزان المدفوعات.
ويستفيد "مجمع الملك سلمان لصناعة السيارات" من البيئة التشريعية الداعمة للاستثمار التي وفرتها رؤية المملكة 2030، والحوافز الاستثمارية التي تقدمها المنطقة الاقتصادية الخاصة بمدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية وبنيتها التحتية اللوجستية، وارتباطها بميناء متطور في موقع حيوي للتجارة العالمية، من أجل توفير فرص للقطاع الخاص المحلي والشركات العالمية كشريك ومورّد ومستثمر في قطاع السيارات والخدمات المرافقة.
وسيُسهم "مجمع الملك سلمان لصناعة السيارات" في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، لتنويع الاقتصاد وتحقيق النمو المستدام، كما سيكون داعمًا رئيسًا لتحقيق أهداف برنامج تطوير الصناعة الوطنية والخدمات اللوجستية الساعية لجعل المملكة قوة صناعية رائدة، ومركزًا لوجستيًا عالميًا عبر تطوير قطاعات عالية النمو محليًا، وجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية، إلى جانب دعم أهداف الاستراتيجيات الوطنية للصناعة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
