مستريح جديد.. ضبط المتهم بالنصب على المواطننين بالوهم في أنشطة تجارية

شنت الإدارة العامة لمكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة بقطاع مكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة والجريمة المنظمة، حملات لضبط الخارجين عن القانون، واسفرت الحملة عن ضبط حاصل على "بكالوريوس"، له معلومات جنائية - مقيم بمحافظة القاهرة" لقيامة بممارسة نشاطاً إجرامياً فى النصب والإحتيال على المواطنين والإستيلاء منهم على مبالغ مالية بزعم توظيفها لهم فى بعض الأنشطة التجارية.
ما مكنه من تكوين ثروة طائلة بطريقة غير شرعية، ومحاولته غسل الأموال وإخفاء مصدرها وإصباغها بالصبغة الشرعية ، وإظهارها وكأنها ناتجة عن كيانات مشروعة عن طريق (تأسيس الشركات – شراء العقارات والسيارات) بالإضافة إلى إخفاء جزء من تلك الأموال من خلال إيداعها بحسابات خاصة به وبأفراد أسرته ببعض البنوك .
قدرت أفعال الغسل التى قام بها المذكور بحوالى (25 مليون جنيه)، تم إتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وذلك فى إطار جهود أجهزة وزارة الداخلية لمكافحة الجريمة بشتى صورها لاسيما جرائم الأموال العامة والكسب غير المشروع .
وفي سياق منفصل، قامت الإدارة العامة لمكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة بقطاع مكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة والجريمة المنظمة، باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية "حيال عميل بإحدى الشركات الحكومية، مقيم بمحافظة سوهاج" لقيامه بالتعاقد بنظام المشاركة مع "إحدى الشركات المملوكة للدولة"، إلا أنه لم يلتزم بسداد المديونية المستحقة عليه للشركـة المشار إليها ، الأمر الذى مكنه من تكوين ثروة مالية بطريقة غير شرعية، ومحاولته غسل تلك الأموال وإخفاء مصدرها وإصباغها بالصبغة الشرعية ، وإظهارها وكأنها ناتجة عن كيانات مشروعة عن طريق (شراء العقارات - تأسيس الشركات) بالإضافة إلى إخفاء جزء من تلك الأموال من خلال إيداعها بحسابات خاصة به وبأفراد أسرته ببعض البنوك .
وقدرت أفعال الغسل التى قام بها المذكور بحوالى (2,296,528مليون جنيه) و تم إتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية .
