مجلة جون أفريك الفرنسية تعترف بأن المغرب خرج أقوى من زلزال الحوز وتكشف السبب

كتبت مجلة "جون أفريك"، أمس الأربعاء، أنه "بفضل صموده وتماسك مجتمعه، خرج المغرب أقوى من الزلزال المروع الذي هز عدة أقاليم بالمملكة يوم 8 شتنبر".
وأوضحت المجلة في مقال تحت عنوان "زلزال المغرب: لماذا خرجت المملكة أقوى"، أن "الزلزال الذي دمر منطقة بأكملها، أثبت قدرة المملكة على رص صفوفها في مواجهة هذه المحنة الصعبة".
وأضافت أن "صمود ملك وشعب، هذا هو ما سوف نتذكره بمجرد انتهاء الضجة التي تحيط حتما بزلزال بهذه القوة، مثل ذلك الذي ضرب الجمعة 8 شتنبر الأطلس الكبير ومنطقة الحوز بالمغرب".
وتابعت "جون أفريك" بالقول ''في مواجهة صدمة أحد أعنف الزلازل في تاريخ البلاد، التحم جلالة الملك والمغاربة، كما حدث خلال الحلقات المؤلمة السابقة، في عرض واسع النطاق لقدرات المملكة على تدبير الأزمات الكبرى والخروج منها أكثر قوة".
وأشارت المجلة إلى أن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس أعطى تعليماته، منذ الساعات الأولى للمأساة، للجيش بالتدخل ونشر عناصر الإغاثة، كما أمر بإقامة صلاة الغائب في كافة مساجد المملكة على أرواح المفقودين.
وبحسب المجلة، فقد أظهرت هذه الكارثة الطبيعية بأن "المغرب يتوفر على مؤسسات فاعلة ومخططات فعالة وخبرة عملياتية واضحة في تدبير الكوارث الطبيعية، مع استراتيجية مدروسة طويلة الأمد تنفذها وزارة الداخلية".
وهو الأمر الذي انعكس على أرض الواقع بـ "مرونة وثقة وهدوء السلطات التي تولت مسؤولية هذه المأساة بسيادة كاملة"، وفقا للمصدر ذاته الذي سلط الضوء كذلك على "القدرات الهندسية والإنشائية للمملكة، حيث ظلت الغالبية العظمى من المرافق العامة صامدة أمام الزلزال".
من جهة أخرى، توقفت "جون أفريك" عند دينامية المجتمع المدني وتضامن الشعب المغربي، "الذي تحرك من طنجة إلى الكويرة لدعم الضحايا، وهو ما يبعث على الاطمئنان بشأن صمود المغرب وتماسك مجتمعه"، معتبرة أن المملكة "كانت قادرة من خلال هذه المأساة على قياس درجة قوتها الناعمة لدى الرأي العام الأجنبي".
وشددت المجلة على رغبة المملكة، التي تم التعبير عنها منذ الأيام الأولى للزلزال، في عدم التنازل عن أي التزام خارجي، سواء في مراكش، حيث ستعقد الاجتماعات السنوية للبنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي كما هو مخطط له في أكتوبر، أو مشاركة المملكة في قمة الأحواض الثلاثة نهاية أكتوبر في برازافيل.
وخلصت إلى أن هذا الصمود "يوحي بأن المغرب، مثل ما حدث خلال جائحة كوفيد، سيخرج من هذه المأساة أقوى".
