أبوظبي تستضيف الأسبوع الإقليمي للأمن السيبراني بمشاركة 70 دولة

ينظم مجلس الأمن السيبراني لحكومة دولة الامارات، في الفترة من 9 حتى 12 من أكتوبر (تشرين الأول) المقبل، الأسبوع الإقليمي للأمن السيبراني، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات (ITU) والمركز العربي الإقليمي للأمن السيبراني (ARCC)، تحت عنوان "المنظور العام للتطور السريع للتهديدات السيبرانية"، في فندق ريكسوس السعديات في أبوظبي.
ويعد الأسبوع الإقليمي للأمن السيبراني 2023 ، أكبر فعالية سيبرانية على مستوى الدول العربية والإسلامية، والذي سيعقد برعاية دولة الإمارات.
ويناقش الأسبوع الذي يشارك فيه 100 خبير ومتحدث من 70 دولة، من بينها الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي (OIC)، البالغ عددها 57 دولة، إضافة إلى 10 منظمات دولية، أفضل الاستراتيجيات والتجارب الدولية في مجال صناعة الأمن السيبراني.
كما ستجرى تمارين محاكاة هجمات سيبرانية بأكثر من 5 سيناريوهات واقعية، ولأول مرة سيتم عرض مجسم بنية تحتية افتراضية للدولة، يتيح محاكاة وتجربة الهجمات السيبرانية وأثرها الذي ينعكس مباشرة على المجسم ليجسد صورة واقعية من ضرر وخطر هذه الهجمات على القطاعات المختلفة في الدولة.
وبهذه المناسبة أكد رئيس مجلس الأمن السيبراني لحكومة دولة الإمارات الدكتور محمد حمد الكويتي، أهمية المؤتمر، حيث يساهم في خلق ثقافة سيبرانية، ويساهم في قراءة التحديات ووضع الحلول وتبادل الرؤى لمواجهة أي طارئ.
وقال إن هذا الأسبوع بما يشكله من حضور ل 70 دولة و50 فعالية و100 خبير متخصص من مختلف الدول يُعد فرصة مهمة لتوحيد الرؤى والتعاون الجماعي لمواجه المخاطر. وأضاف أن الأمن السيبراني بات اليوم جزءاً لا يتجزأ من مقومات الدول واقتصادها، مشيراً إلى أن حجم الاقتصاد الرقمي العالمي في ازدياد وتوسع، ومن المتوقع أن يصل عام 2025 إلى نحو 20 تريليون دولار أمريكي، وأن حجم الجريمة الإلكترونية تزايد، مما يؤدي إلى خسائر اقتصادية عالمية تقدر بنحو 40% من حجم الاقتصاد الرقمي ويتوقع أن تزداد.
ويتضمن الأسبوع نحو 50 فعالية تدور بين محور وفكرة تسلط الضوء على أهم المستجدات في مجال الأمن السيبراني والتهديدات والمخاطر الأمنية على الساحة المعلوماتية، والاطلاع على الاستراتيجيات لمواجهة تحدي الأمن السيبراني على المستويات الوطنية، لا سيما الحكومات والمؤسسات الوطنية الأساسية والصناعات الحيوية، إضافة إلى الاستجابة بفاعلية للحوادث الأمنية المعلوماتية، وإيجاد التدابير الوقائية لتجنب التعرض لها وتقليل نطاق تأثيراتها.
وسيسبق فعاليات الأسبوع اجتماع مجلس إدارة المراكز الوطنية للأمن السيبراني لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، وذلك يوم 8 أكتوبر المقبل لمناقشة وتحديد الأولويات والمبادرات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
كما تشمل الفعاليات المؤتمر الإقليمي الحادي عشر للأمن السيبراني "الابتكار في الأمن السيبراني"، والتمرين الإقليمي الحادي عشر للأمن السيبراني، وندوة منظمة فرست (FIRST) والمؤتمر السنوي الخامس عشر لمراكز الأمن السيبراني لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي (OIC-CERT)، والاجتماع العربي لرؤساء وممثلي المراكز الوطنية للأمن السيبراني في المنطقة العربية.
