قدم سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية نايف بن بندر السديري، أوراق اعتماده سفيراً فوق العادة ومفوضاً (غير مقيم) لدى دولة فلسطين، وقنصلاً عاماً بمدينة القدس، إلى فخامة الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس. وجرت مراسم التسليم في مقر السلطة الوطنية في رام الله،
