مؤتمر الصحة المهنية يناقش تعزيز جوانب الوقاية من الحوادث ومخاطر العمل

بدأت أمس فعاليات افتتاح مؤتمر الصحة المهنية والسلامة والأمن والبيئة، والذي نظَّمته أوكيو المجموعة العالمية المتكاملة للطاقة، بقاعة كريستال في فندق جراند ميلينيوم مسقط، بشعار (الموثوقية البشرية). رعى حفل الافتتاح معالي الدكتور هلال بن علي السبتي، وزير الصحة. وتضمَّن المؤتمر تقديم حلقات متخصِّصة للمهتمين عن المخاطر وطُرق السلامة والوقاية والصحة المهنية، والابتكار، وأبرز المعايير والضوابط المتعلقة بهذا الشأن، بجانب نشر مبادئ أوكيو بين الشركاء والمقاولين.
وأضاف أنَّ أوكيو تُولِي أهمية قصوى للصحة المهنية والسلامة والبيئة في بيئة العمل، وتطبق اشتراطات ومعايير وطنية ودولية معتمدة مع التزامها التام بالضوابط واللوائح المطلوبة.
وأكد المعمري أنَّ المؤتمر الذي يشارك فيه نحو 400 مختص ومهتم في الشركات العاملة بقطاع النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات يعكس التزام المجموعة بالإسهام في التوعية بهذا الجانب في سلطنة عُمان. وقال: نظَّمت المجموعة هذا المؤتمر لتدارس أفضل السُّبل للارتقاء بالصحة المهنية والسلامة والأمن والبيئة، وبَلْوَرة كُلِّ الأُطر للخروج بأفكار يتمُّ تطبيقها في بيئات العمل المختلفة، والاستفادة من التطورات الحديثة وتسخير الابتكار بما يُسهم في تقليل الأضرار والإصابات البشرية والمادية.
وتُعدُّ الصحة والسلامة والبيئة معيارًا أساسيًّا في الاتفاقيات والعقود المبرمة مع مختلف المقاولين المحلِّيين في مختلف المشاريع التي تُنفِّذها الشركة محليًّا، فضلًا عن أنَّها أحد المقاييس الأساسية للأداء؛ والتي يتم تقييم أداء المجموعة بشكلٍ دَوْري على ضوئها، ويبرهن على التزام مجلس الإدارة والإدارة التنفيذية بهذا الجانب؛ وهو ما ينعكس إيجابًا على جميع عملياتها داخليًّا وخارجيًّا. وتترجم أوكيو التزاماتها في هذا الجانب باعتماد لائحة السياسة العامة للصحة المهنية والسلامة والبيئة، والتي تُعدُّ المرجع الرئيس لجميع اللوائح الداخلية والإجراءات المعتمدة للأعمال المُنفَّذة لتخفيف المخاطر إلى مستوى معقول وآمن، وهو ما يحمي العاملين وأصول الشركة والبيئة من أيِّ مخاطر قد تحدُث نتيجةً للأعمال اليومية.

ورفع الدكتور سليمان الحبيب رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، شكره وتقديره للقيادة – أيدها الله- على الثقة التي أولتها للمجموعة بمنحها رخصة تأسيس الكلية، مضيفاً أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن اهتمامها بقطاعي الصحة والتعليم، واللذان يشهدان تطوراً متسارعاً، ضمن النهضة الشاملة التي تشهدها المملكة، في عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين الأمير محمد بن سلمان -حفظهما الله.

وأضاف: "إننا نتطلع لأن تكون هذه الكلية رافداً وطنياً مساهماً في دعم اقتصاديات المعرفة، وصرحاً علمياً رائداً بمخرجاته، ومتميزاً بإمكاناته وبيئته التعليمية، التي وظفت فيها أحدث التقنيات، واتبعت نهجاً فريداً قائماً على تطبيق أفضل الممارسات والأدلة العلمية، لتقديم الرعاية الصحية والتمريضية، بالإضافة إلى بناء شراكة قوية مع الجهات ذات الصلة، لتلبية الاحتياجات الصحية للفرد والعائلة والمجتمع".
مؤكداً أن الكلية ستساهم في إعداد كوادر تمريضية على قدرٍ عالٍ من الكفاءة العلمية، إسهاماً من المجموعة في رعاية صحية مثالية تتماشى مع الإستراتيجية الصحية الوطنية، والبحث والممارسة القائمة على البراهين العلمية.
