تحرك برلماني عاجل بسبب إقامة مهرجان السجائر الإلكترونية بحديقة الطفل

تقدمت النائبة سميرة الجزار بسؤال إلى المستشار حنفي الجبالي رئيس مجلس النواب لتوجيهه إلى الدكتور مصطفى مدبولى رئيس مجلس الوزراء والدكتور خالد عبد الغفار وزير الصحة والسكان والمهندس أحمد سمير وزير التجارة والصناعة والدكتور أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة واللواء هشام آمنة وزير التنمية المحلية
بشأن المهرجان الشهرى للفيب "السجائر الإلكترونية" مؤكدة عدم قانونية إقامة مهرجان خاص بالسجائر الإلكترونية.
وقالت الجزار: من غير المقبول وغير اللائق إقامته بحديقة عامة بل ومن العبث والاستهتار إقامة هذا المهرجان في حديقة الطفل وهى من ضمن الحدائق المخصصة التى خصصتها محكمة الأسرة مكان لتنفيذ أحكام حق رؤية الأطفال للوالدين المنفصلين، مؤكدة أن سوق الزيوت المستخدمة في الفيب يتم إنتاجها في أماكن غير معلومة المصدر، وبالتالي لا توجد رقابة على محتويات الزيوت والسوائل ولا يتم فحص الأجهزة المستخدمة ولا قياس حجم الضرر التى تتسببها السجائر الإلكترونية التى انتشرت حيث أنها بديل أرخص للسجائر لذلك أتوجه للحكومة زالوزراء بعدة أسئلة كما يلي:
1- طبقا للاتفاقية الإطارية لمكافحه التبغ فإن الدعاية والرعاية والإعلان ممنوعين في مصر بحكم القانون فكيف تم إصدار تصريح لمهرجان لتسويق السجائر الإلكترونية؟
٢- من المسئول الذي أصدر هذا التصريح بمخالفة القانون؟
3- أين رقابة وزارة الصحة على صحة المصريين وفيما يحدث على أرض مصر من دعاية للسجائر الإلكترونية؟
وأين رقابة وزارتي التجارة والصناعة والتنمية المحلية على الزيوت المصنعة للسجائر الإلكترونية؟ وأين وزارة الشباب والرياضة فى رعاية الشباب ومنع الإعلانات والمهرجانات الخاصة بكل من يضر صحة المصريين خاصة الأطفال والشباب؟ وأين جهاز حماية المستهلك فى تحليل مكونات السجائر الإلكترونية؟ وأين صندوق مكافحة الإدمان في حماية المواطنين.
4- أين وزارة التنمية المحلية والمجلس القومي للامومة والطفولة والسماح بإقامة مهرجان لتسويق الفيب بحديقة الطفل.
وطالبت رئيس الوزراء بفتح تحقيق لمعرفة المسئول الذي خالف القانون طبقا للاتفاقية الإطارية لمكافحه التبغ إلا إذا تم التحايل على القانون واعتبار السجائر الإلكترونية لا تندرج للاتفاقية حيث أنها لا تحتوى على تبغ وللأسف هذا التحايل غير مقبول لإن الهدف من هذه الإتفاقية هو حماية المصريين من التدخين عامة وليس مكافحة التبغ فقط.
