كاك بنك ينظم ورشة عمل تعريفية حول حوكمة البنوك في عدن.

نظم بنك التسليف التعاوني والزراعي (كاك بنك) بالتعاون مع الأكاديمية العربية ومعهد التدريب المالي والإداري بعدن، صباح اليوم ورشة عمل تعريفية وتمهيدية لإقامة دورة تدريبية متكاملة في مفهوم حوكمة الشركات والبنوك. وضمت الورشة التعريفية القياده العليا، ومديري الادارات البنك، واستمع فيها الحضور إلى مقتطفات حول مفهوم الحوكمة وما تعنيه من حيث ممارسة الضوابط الرسمية من تشريعات وأنظمة وقوانين، من أجل إنتاج نمط فعال يحقق كفاءة الأداء والقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات بالتزام عالي ودرجة كافية من المسؤولية والشفافية.
وضمن الورشه التعريفيه التي حضرها اعضاء مجلس ادارة البنك والقيادة ..
اكد الرئيس التنفيذي
الاستاذ "حاشد الهمداني" أن هذه الورشة التي أدارها المدرب الخبير الدولي البروفيسور صلاح شحاتة مدير عام الرقابة المصرفية بالبنك المركزي المصري، كانت الأول من نوعه في الجمهورية، وانفرد بها (كاك بنك).
وتمهد لعقد برنامج تدريبي متكامل حول مفهوم الحوكمه في الايام القادمه، مشيرا ان التدريب والتاهيل ياتي ضمن سلسله من التدريب المكثف التي يقوم بها البنك ويعتبر ضمن الاهداف الاستراتيجيه الرئيسيه للقيادة العليا ومجلس ادارة البنك الرامية الى التطوير والتاهيل المستمر للكادر البشري من أعلى الهرم الى أسفلى الهرم،ويسهم بفعاليه ومعرفه لتحقيق الاهداف الاستراتيجية للبنك في ظل التحديات والمنافسه بشكل عام وكما هو البنك السابق في تاهيل كادره البشريه نستمر في ذلك لاننا نؤمن وجزء من منهجيه العمل لاتنهض الأمم والمؤسسات الا في ظل التأهيل والتدريب والتطوير والاستثمار في البشر هدف استراتيجي القيادة العليا ومجلس إدارته .

وجاء تنظيم الورشة ضمن سلسلة الجهود الرامية إلى رفع الوعي بثقافة الادخار والتخطيط للميزانية الشخصية والأسرية، والإدارة الحصيفة للدخل والمصاريف، والاستثمار من خلال الادخار، وتطرق البقمي في عرضة إلى عدة محاور في هذا المجال حيث تحدث عن عدد من الطرق التي تنقل الشخص من الادخار إلى الاستثمار وعن القاعدة الذهبية في هذا المجال، كما تطرق إلى أهمية الادخار ومدى تأثيره على حياة الإنسان ومنحه مزيداً من الشعور بالراحة والذي يسهم في الاتزان المالي وتغطية التكاليف وتحقيق عددٍ من الأهداف الرئيسية مثل منزل الأحلام وتوفير تعليم مميز للأبناء بعدها تحدث البقمي عن أنواع الادخار وطرقه الحديثة وعن إدارة الميزانية وتحمل المخاطر .
