اختراق الأنظمة الرقمية في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية

أكدت مصادر ومحامون يعملون في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، اليوم الخميس، بأن المحكمة تعمل في ظل قيود شديدة على أنظمتها الرقمية؛ بعد وقوع حادث اختراق. وذكر محاميان بالمحكمة ومصدر مقرب منها طلب عدم نشر اسمه، أن "المحكمة فصلت أغلب أنظمتها المتصلة بالإنترنت، وأن الموظفين لا يمكنهم الوصول إلى البريد الإلكتروني، وأن الذين يعملون عن بعد لا يمكنهم الوصول إلى الوثائق".
وأعلنت المحكمة، ومقرها مدينة لاهاي الهولندية، لأول مرة عن وقوع "حادث أمن سيبراني" يوم الثلاثاء، قائلة إنها تحاول ضمان استمرار "العمل الأساسي" للمحكمة، وأحجم متحدث باسم المحكمة عن الإدلاء بتعليقات اليوم الخميس".
واستؤنفت اليوم جلسات في محاكمة لرجلين متهمين بقيادة ميليشيات هاجمت مدنيين مسلمين في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى.
وقال المحامي جيرت-يان كنوبس الموكَّل عن باتريس-إدوارد نجايسونا، أحد المشتبه فيهم، لرويترز: "بصفتنا فريق الدفاع، لدينا قدرة محدودة على الوصول إلى أنظمة المحكمة"، وكان كنوبس حاضرا في المحكمة اليوم الخميس".
وقالت ميلين دميتري الموكَّلة عن ألفريد ييكاتوم لرويترز، إنها "تتبادل المعلومات مع أطراف أخرى باستخدام أجهزة تخزين إلكتروني محمولة وملفات ورقية. ويعني هذا توصيل المعلومات بشكل شخصي من مكتب إلى آخر في ظل توقف عمل نظام مشاركة الملفات الإلكترونية والبريد الإلكتروني مثل المعتاد في المحكمة".
