الصيد يرد على السباحة لوجين عبدالله في بيان رسمي

أصدر نادي الصيد المصري بيانًا رسمياً بخصوص ما تم نشره من لاعبة السباحة لوجين عبد الله على صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي حول تعنت نادي الصيد المصري معها ومنعه سفرها الي بطولة خارجية على نفقتها الخاصة لعدم تجديد العقد.
وقال النادي أن هذا الكلام عار تماما من الصحة حيث أن إدارة النادي لم تتلقى أي طلب رسمي من اللاعبة أو ولي أمرها يفيد ذلك وعليه وجب توضيح الاتي :
بيان نادي الصيد للرد على لوجين عبداللهاولاً: في حالة طلب أى لاعب الاشتراك علي نفقته الخاصة في أى بطولة سواء البطولات الداخلية أو البطولات الخارجية و ليست مدرجة علي أجندة بطولات النادي يتم التقدم بطلب رسمي إلى إدارة النادي لمخاطبة اتحاد اللعبة وهو الأمر الذي لم يحدث حتى الآن سواء من اللاعبة أو ولي أمرها، ولا يوجد أى مانع من طرف النادي في إرسال أية مخاطبات إلى اتحاد اللعبة في حال استلامها رسمياً من اللاعبة وذلك تم توضيحه للاعبة وولي أمرها أكثر من مرة.
ثانياً: اللاعبة مقيدة في الاتحاد المصري للسباحة باسم النادي برقم قيد ٣٧٥٩٩ ينتهي في ٣٠/٦/٢٠٢٤ وقامت بالتدريب تحت إشراف الجهاز الفني للنادي لمده ثلاث سنوات متتالية حصلت فيها علي العديد من البطولات ولكن انقطعت عن التدريبات بصورة مفاجئة منذ شهر مايو ٢٠٢٣ وتقدمت بطلب استغناء من النادي بدون مقابل وهو ما تم رفضه من قبل إدارة النشاط الرياضي بالنادي حيث أنه طلب مخالف إلى لائحة النادي الخاصة بالاستغناءات و تفريط في حق أصيل من حقوق النادي ولم يصل إلي الآن أى عروض لها من أى نادي آخرر وبناء عليه فهي مقيدة باسم النادي حتي انتهاء مدة القيد وذلك بدون الحاجة إلي توقيع اي عقود جديده حسب لوائح الاتحاد المصري.
ثالثاً: جميع المستحقات المالية الخاصة باللاعبة من مكافآت تم صرفها في خزينة النادي منذ أكثر من شهر و لجميع اللاعبين في نفس ذات الوقت وتضمن اسمها في الكشوفات مع باقي زملائها أسوة بهم ولكنها امتنعت الي الان عن استلامها.
رابعاً: تقدمت اللاعبة بشكوي إلى البوابة الحكومية ومديريه الشباب والرياضه وتم انتداب لجنة من قبلهم للتحقيق في النادي وانتهت الي حفظ الشكوي لعدم صحه ما جاء بها.
وأخيراً نود التوضيح أن إدارة نادي الصيد لم تقم الي الان باتخاذ اي إجراء ضد اللاعبة وتهيب من الجميع التأكد من المعلومات قبل نشرها او تداولها وتحتفظ بحق الرد وباتخاذ الاجراءات القانونيه اللازمة لحماية سمعة النادي والحفاظ علي حقوقه القانونية.
