نيابةً عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله - ترأس صاحب السمو الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله وزير الخارجية، اليوم، وفد المملكة المشارك في افتتاح جلسة المناقشات العامة لأعمال الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الـ 78.
وضم وفد المملكة صاحبة السمو الملكي الأميرة ريما بنت بندر بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز سفيرة خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ومعالي وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية عضو مجلس الوزراء ومبعوث شؤون المناخ الأستاذ عادل بن أحمد الجبير، ووكيل وزارة الخارجية للشؤون الدولية المتعددة الدكتور عبدالرحمن الرسي، ومندوب المملكة الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك الدكتور عبدالعزيز الواصل، ومدير عام مكتب سمو وزير الخارجية عبدالرحمن الداود.

وأوضح مدير عام فرع وزارة الصحة بالمنطقة الشرقية بالإنابة الدكتور نواف بن عبدالله العتيبي أن منصة “ريادة” تُعدّ الأولى من نوعها بين فروع وزارة الصحة في المملكة، حيث يتم من خلالِها متابعة تنفيذ مستهدفات وزارة الصحة خلال السنوات القادمة، بالشراكة مع جهات من خارج منظومة الصحة، لضمان تنفيذ هذه المستهدفات وتحقيقها، مؤكدًا أن المستهدفات تتركز على خفض الوفيات والإصابات الناتجة عن الحوادث المرورية، ورفع متوسط العمر لسكان المنطقة، وضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات الأساسية لترخيص المنشآت الصحية، وزيادة حجم الاستثمار في خدمات الرعاية الصحية.
