جبل عمر تطرح أندر الفرص الاستثمارية وتكشف عن المزاد العقاري القادم من خلال جوهرة جبل عمر

في واحدة من أندر وأهم الفرص الاستثمارية في العالم وعلى بعد خطوات من الحرم المكي الشريف شهدت مدينة جدة حفل توقيع شراكة استراتيجية بين شركة جبل عمر للتطوير وشركة إسناد العقارية لإطلاق ( جوهرة جبل عمر ) والتي تعد من أهم الفرص الاستثمارية القادمة التي تطرحها شركة جبل عمر من خلال البيع بالمزاد العلني ، وتتكون الفرصة من قطعتي أرض تقدر مساحة الجوهرة الأولى كما تم تسميتها قرابة 5,649.

10 مترا مربعا وتبلغ مساحة الجوهرة الثانية 7,503.37 مترا مربعا.

وقد أوضح الأستاذ خالد العمودي الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة جبل عمر للتطوير ، أن جوهرة جبل عمر تقع ضمن المرحلة السادسة من مشروع جبل عمر ضمن المنطقة المركزية المحيطة بالحرم المكي الشريف والتي يمكن الوصول اليها سيرا على الأقدام عبر ممرات المشاة التي تربط مشروع جبل عمر بساحات المسجد الحرام ، كما أن المشروع تتوافر فيه كافة خدمات البنية التحتية والمرافق العامة وغيرها .

ومن جهة أخرى أكد المهندس محمد بابحر الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة إسناد العقارية أن جوهرة جبل عمر تعتبر واحدة من أندر الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة نظراً لأهمية موقعها الحيوي ، وتعد فرصة ذات قيمة مستديمة ومتنامية العوائد الاستثمارية ولندرة الأراضي في المنطقة المركزية ، حيث يمكن الاستثمار فيها ببناء برجين شاهقين في كل أرض تصل ارتفاعاتهم الى 35 و 40 دورا على التوالي مما يمكن كبار المستثمرين ورجال الاعمال من الاستثمار في تشييد الفنادق العالمية والأبراج السكنية والفندقية والمجمعات التجارية في أطهر بقاع الأرض
