الضوء البروجي يزين سماء الوطن العربي.. فرصة نادرة لعشاق الفلك

يستعد المصريون خلال الأيام المقبلة لوداع فصل الصيف، واستقبال الخريف، إذ تبدأ درجات الحرارة في الانخفاض، وتعتبر تلك الفترة مثالية لمراقبة الظواهر الفلكية، ومنها الضوء البروجي الذي يزين سماء الوطن العربي، والنصف الشمالي من الكرة الأرضية.
وتعد هذه الظاهرة الفلكية فرصة مميزة لعشاق الفلك لمراقبة السماء واكتشاف الظواهر الفلكية المذهلة.
وبشأن ذلك، يقول المهندس ماجد أبوزاهرة، رئيس الجمعية الفلكية بجدة، إنه يمكن لمحبي مراقبة الفلك الاستمتاع بظاهرة الضوء البروجي، والذي يظهر بوضوح مع سطوع كوكب الزهرة في الأفق الشرقي قبيل ضوء الفجر.
وأضاف أن ما يزيد من سطوع الضوء البروجي هو القمر، إذ يكون في طور هلال خلال الأيام الحالية، ما يجعل السماء مظلمة خلال الليل، وسطوع الظاهرة الفلكية واضحًا.
وعن الضوء البروجي، قال أبو زهران، إن مصدر الضوء من خارج الغلاف الجوي، إذ ينعكس ضوء الشمس على جزيئات الغبار التي تتحرك في مستوى الأرض والكواكب الأخري التي تدور حول الشمس.
وتحدث هذه الظاهرة خلال هذا الوقت من العام، لأن مسار الشمس الظاهري عبر السماء يقع بشكل مستقيم تقريبا بالأفق الشرقي للنصف الشمالي للكرة الأرضية.
ويظهر الضوء على شكل هرمي لونه يميل إلى الأبيض «الحليب» ويكون مرصود بسهولة من خط الإستواء، وحتى تتمكن من مشاهدة الضوء، ستكون بحاجة إلى التوجه لمواقع مظلمة بعيده عن أضواء المدينة التي تخفي الأضواء الطبيعية في السماء.
مدة استمرار الظاهرة الفلكيةولمحبي مشاهدة الظواهر الطبيعية يمكنهم مشاهدة الضوء البروجي لمدة ساعة قبيل شروق ضوء الفجر، بحوالي 80 إلى 120 دقيقة، ويكون لونه أبيض حليبي على عكس الفجر الذي يشوبه االلون الأحمر أو البرتقالي لتبعثر ضوء الشمس بسبب الغلاف الجوي.
