قطر ترحب بجهود السعودية وسلطنة عمان لتحقيق السلام في اليمن

رحبت دولة قطر بجهود المملكة العربية السعودية بالتنسيق مع سلطنة عمان لتحقيق السلام في الجمهورية اليمنية الشقيقة، واعتبرت أن توجيه دعوة لوفد يمني لزيارة المملكة لاستكمال اللقاءات والنقاشات التي جرت في صنعاء في أبريل الماضي، خطوة مهمة في طريق الحل السياسي الشامل.
وأعربت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان اليوم، عن أمل دولة قطر في أن تتوج المحادثات التي تستضيفها العاصمة الرياض، بوقف دائم لإطلاق النار وتعزيز الجهود الرامية لإحلال السلام المستدام بما يحقق تطلعات الشعب اليمني الشقيق في الأمن والتنمية والازدهار.
وجددت الوزارة موقف دولة قطر الداعي لحل الأزمة اليمنية استنادا إلى المبادرة الخليجية، وقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة، وبخاصة القرار رقم 2216.
